  1. If there would be buyers i would do desk cases from stainless steel, cut the pieces and weld them together in my spare time.
  2. I wouldnt upgrade that system to Coffee Lake, performance is still up there in the top. M.2 will run fine but will run with bigger latency. You would probably need to delid 8700k for great drop in temperatures if you plan to overclock it to the max. I would be waiting for Zen 2 and see what AMD can do with Zen 2, i would also wait for 10+ core Kaby Lake X cpu's.
  3. I have suspicion that its reading from RAM. As only that can explain how fast the readings are, i do have Windows 10 caching enabled so that could be the issue. This is what i get when reading from Windows system M.2 drive, clearly normal readings for M.2 SATA SSD.
  4. Leaving this here. This must be bug, HD Tune gave me this result 5mins ago. I dont have RAM drive so it cannot be reading from ram, also its reading size wrong as its supposed to be 2x2Tb Drives in Raid 0. Could it be reading from drive's cache?
  5. It is heavely affecting dayly usage, i pretty much cannot put anything in gray/white range to the monitor. Everything else is good. Uniformity check with my Spyder5 confirms it, its green on left and then bit reddish on right and bottom it ranges from blue, purple and green. I might return it to the private seller, it was trade via postal service so im not shure if i will go trough with the trade and send the monitor back to him instead. Thats if AOC wont accept this monitor to warranty replacement, this uniformity is worse than TN panels have.
  6. @tekgeek1205 It's focusing point for my old Canon EOS 400D as it uses optics for focus. I dont think backlight can "burn" trough the panel. Backlight can for shure get old and fail slowly, and that would cause brightness issues.
  7. @Krych Shure i can. It for shure is not backlight bleed, and it's not ips glow, ips glow is different color (yellow/white), there is minor ips glow in left bottom corner, but no noticeable backlight bleed, it must be bad panel that is causing the color issues. @tekgeek1205 there is no LCD Conditioning tool in my AOC Dot in middle is point for camera to focus into.
  8. The monitor is front of me right now, and soon as anything in white/grey range come to monitor i see the spots insanely clearly. I can go to photoshop and crank up the saturation for people to see what i see. Edit : Cranked up the saturation so far that it shows how uniform the panel color's are, this is not the way i see the image but should give some hint where to look for when watching the original picture i attached to first post. And its not any form of color blindness since i took Color Blindness Test and result was Normal Color Vision.
  9. I didnt tell the monitor model and manufacturer due i wanted to know if you can see what i can see in the picture, alot of color shifts to green, purple and red. Anyway it's AOC Q2963Pm I'm shure if someone from LMG would check the image they would see aot of color shifts since their monitors are properly calibrated.
  10. Picture says it all, specially bottom edge (green, purple, green, purlpe etc..) of the display, also going from left to right the image changes from blueish to purplish to reddish. If you can't see then your monitor requires recalibration. The seller of monitor says he cant see any color changes in the image. Can you see it?
  11. I'm in need of your oppinion on the fan (quality etc..) since i couldnt find Orange Corsair LED fans. Basicly im choosing betwean these 3 fans : http://www.jimms.fi/fi/Product/Show/66951/ph-f140ts-or/phanteks-140-x-140-x-25mm-ph-f140ts-or-premium-case-fan-oranssi http://www.jimms.fi/fi/Product/Show/65254/cf-v14h/cougar-vortex-hdb-kotelotuuletin-140x140x25mm-3-pin-16_4-dba-musta-oranssi http://www.jimms.fi/fi/Product/Show/96587/bff-blf-p14025o-rp/bitfenix-spectre-led-pwm-fan-140mm-oranssi I find BitFenix one to be otherwise best exept that it's led is yellowish and not true orange, Cougar fan im not about the quality even tough it's expensive and Phanteks im not shure about the white frame in the fan and quality. I'm going with either Black-Orange CableMod or White-Orange custom cables or extensions. Edit : I ordered CableMod Black-Orange Basic cable kit from CableMod so thats what i go with ( https://store.cablemod.com/product/cablemod-basic-cable-extension-kit-66-pin-series-black-orange/ ) Also ordered PlastiDip Orange paint for mainboard covers and heatsink accents.
  12. Small Update. Switched the Fractal PSU to EVGA SuperNova 550 G2 Next.. CableMod or similar custom cables for PSU, different color fan extensions and Noctua LTT Edition or Corsair LED fans.
  13. Still figuring out this camera, i think shots are getting much better. Need figure out this distortion on pictures (straight lines are looking bent), most likely i need shoot the picture from further away.. Yes soon as new fans, psu and cable extensions arrive im removing the random wire going to front panel and that ugly atx 24pin.
  14. Yeah i think i will buy the Supernova G2, its cheapest of the bunch and have nearly identical performance and components are good as in Leadex. Camera and harddrives arrived, i switched the harddrives to Western Digital Blacks since i got deal on them from friend: I failed on taking the photos, used to shoot with ISO of 100, now i need go higer since this camera performs well at 800-1600 ISO. Im still beginner at DSLR shooting, you will see from harddrive pictures , that picture is with what ever mode it came out of box.
  15. Yeah at least its Genuine Intel CPU 8hour Asus Realbench + HWMonitor What the... really? 3667Mhz burst clock?? That PSU though, verified those +12v rail readings with multimeter, +12v rail is running at 11.1volts, way out of ATX spec, need to recheck with better multimeter to verify, those volts and pulling around 350-400W from wall, i think ill buy Superflower Leadex 650, EVGA SuperNova G2 650 or Corsair RM650i. Gaming and other benchmarks are coming soon..
  16. First benchmarks, stock. Wonder why Cinebench detects the CPU incorrectly, yet CPU-Z detects it correctly. Maybe it's because the CPU is running old microcode, intel disabled TSX with microcode patch long time ago. Cinebench R11.5 and Cinebench R15
  17. You are pretty much looking at the correct cpu and it is retail cpu. Here are more pics. Xeon E5-2670 v3 Mainboard, CPU and Cooler Ram GraphicsCard PSU Case, SSD Will be uploading more later from installed everything in it.. need still wait for that DSLR, didnt arrive today even tough it was supposed, postal service is being slow. Now, im going to do some performance tests on the CPU, might also do small overclock on it, something like 103-105Mhz base clock.
  18. More parts coming, now everything exept CPU and that new DSLR camera is here, those should be delivered tomorrow. I can start build now since i do have spare i7 5820k Mainboard not in picture, but it is delivered.
  19. Now, i wonder what is in those small packages. Sorry about image quality, got new Canon DSLR coming this week for proper photos, think i will be switching the location im taking the photos in. Few more packages are coming tuesday and wednesday, then i can finally start build some.
  20. I did consider, how ever i got that one so cheap i couldnt resist, if load power is getting anywhere near 80%+ i will replace it with at least 650W psu. Added PC Part Picker list to first post.
  21. PSU is on the limits, never used Inno3D before but if it brakes up i will send it to warranty and sell it asap it returns and switch to either Asus, EVGA or Gigabyte 980 card, same time upgrading psu to Corsair RMi 750 or SuperFlower Leadex. Im currently using G751JT laptop with 32Gb ram, never really used more than 10-14Gb of it so i guess 16Gb is good enough, but since that mainboard has got 8 slots its easy to upgrade later. I will post all benchmarks etc.. from whole machine when i get it assembled, R11.5 and R15 Cinebench are amongst the first to test out. I did consider going to Asus Z10PA-D8 mainboard but that second cpu would have made my budget to sky rocket even tough i think i could have got second one also with around 300 euros.
  22. Dont worry, i will eventually use it as hammer. Also it was in Black Friday discount for mere 250 euros or 264 dollars how i could refuse? Could have got Gigabyte 970 for 300euros.
  23. I'm building new workstation for work and gaming in tight budget, you might find some surprises what i will fit into my workstation build with only budget of 1330euros (around 1400 USD). I ordered the parts today and below is the list. CPU : - Intel Xeon E5 2670 v3 - 12 core - Thermalright True Spirit 140 BW rev.a CPU cooler Mainboard : - Asus X99-A RAM Memory : - 16Gb of Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4-2133 CL14 Graphics Card : - Inno3D GTX970 Hérculez X2 OC Storage : - 480Gb Crucial BX200 SSD - 2x 2Tb Western Digital Green HDD (backups) Power Supply : - Fractal Tesla R2 500W PSU Case : - Phanteks Enthoo Pro M -windowed PC Part Picker : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MhN9kL My old parts im going to use in the build : 3 x Samsung 24" PLS monitors, Razer Naga 2014, Razer Blackwidow Stealth Only thing in my build im not shure of is that power supply so i might switch it to SuperFlower, Corsair or to Seasonic, it's filled with second grade capacitors and might not be enough to run E5 2670 v3 on full steam same time with overclocked GTX970, but i got it dirt cheap (30euros or around 35 us dollars) from Black Friday sales so why not to give it a go. At one point i was considering Asus X99-M WS and mATX case but i didnt think it was worth the extra 50 or so euros. Will be posting pics soon as parts start to arrive, most parts should arrive sometime next week, pics are must soon as they arrive since this is build log. Succestions and feedback is welcome..
  24. Apple, now that would be fun to see. They would make their own CPU's and GPU's, research budget Apple has would make them stay on top of the game.
