there is no inbuilt controlls for switching between high med and low. so im wanting to hardwire it to run medium only

I just jumped it with the 2 prong cable for now. i cant seem to find the other lead. Seems to be working though but will for sure find the grounded one at some point. Thank you alot sir

Alright i may need help identifying the Positive, Negative and Ground on the new extension cord. Will find it and take a photo of it. And when you say a "Jumper" that would be just a wire running between them?

I see the "heat" is running through some kind of "IR" thingymabob is that bad for the CFL's? Have had one blow already after only a month or so.

I have a 3 way extension cord but how would i go about wiring up that? Im unsure which is positive negative and you guys say jump both but i only see one N (negative?) to run both the heat and fan?

Ok am in process of charging phone for a photo and will post it asap. As for what its for. Its for a small nursery and the 2 - 250w heat lamps have been removed and replaced with 4 CFL lights with the extraction fan being needed for ventilation. There was also a small light in the middle of the unit which as been removed completely.

Hi i have a 2 cob heat/extraction light/fan. Right now i have the "heat" lights working with a single extension cord going to positive and negative but id like to no how i can get the fan to work also and what i would need?

no other pcs running windows 10 also. it is an older pc though and uses "sata as ide" instead of "ahci" if that has anything to do with it. but the drives were originaly from this computer anyway and no OS has been installed on either of the drives at any point

alright im going to go back it up now before i try this. will get back to you guys. i feel its not really normal either

So the pc showing that the drive is completely empty right now (before i assign a letter) is normal and will show the data after? Sorry for so many questions i just really dont want to loose my data and if there is a chance i will loose it id rather back it up on another drive/computer first.. which is what i really should do first anyway lol...

They were originaly on this pc then moved to my other phenom pc then back to this pc now no show. No encrypting or anything and when i put them back in the phenom they work as normal. Will this also show the data on the drive? As pc is showing that they are empty when one drive is almost full.

wouldnt that destroy my data?

Hey ive got a bit of a problem where my 2 storage drives wont show as (D) or (E) drives they just simply wont show. In the disk manager they show as populated drives with 100% disk space free. one of the drives in empty the other is nearly full of games. Ive tested the drives on a different pc and they show fine and with the data being fine. Ive also check the manual of the motherboard which is an Asrock b150m and sata port 0 is disable since im using and nvme drive for the OS. neither of the drives are plugged into this port and none of the other ports fix the issue either. Any ideas?
