My guess is the same as yours, it seems like an unstable drive. As @LoGiCalDrm has said, stick with Windows Defender if possible. Where it is the default antivirus it should be compatible and provide less errors and mishaps rather then a 3rd party antivirus. Also along with that try running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to make sure you stay properly secured.

Essentially I think it is just so they can collect statistics on the variety of users so they can provide products based on their users actions (like a marketing strategy) but it can also be used in a variety of other ways such as catching people who use illegal software, or cyber criminals (Hackers, Crackers, etc).

Well it is quite a challenge because your body has to get use to taking in a lower sugar rate than normal, I've personally tried many different ways before and the best way I think is to pretty much slow down each day.
