It is illegal to steal, not because it is wrong, but because you are infringing on someone's rights. In America we believe we have the right to own property and possessions. I am sorry if that bothers you.
Making laws based off what is 'right' and 'wrong' is actually unethical. Moral philosophy is what you arguing, in the eyes of the law moral philosophy is too vague. All people do not consider right and wrong as the same thing. So, making laws based off feelings is going to produce an incompetent system. Feelings are not quantifiable.
If someone is trespassing on your property, how are you suppose to know their intention before you take action?
You step on my property without my consent I can take your life in Texas. That doesn't mean I'm going to shoot a little girl walking on my grass. It just means I have the right to protect my own rights. Again, sorry if that bothers you.

Actually, you are absolutely wrong. Laws are made to protect rights of people, environment, business, children, etc. There is no legality for protecting 'right' and prosecute 'wrong'.
Actually, you are absolutely wrong. It might start a war, but who is to say it was not already an act of war? The United States has the right to shoot down any unauthorized aircraft in our airspace the nanosecond it enters our airspace, as does any other sovereign nation with the capability.
Do you really believe it is the right thing to do to wait for someone to rob you in order to decide whether or not they wanted to rob you? If yes, then you believe it is also right to force people, countries and businesses to wait until something infringes on their god given rights before they can do anything about it?
You are either capable of defending your rights or not. Which is it? There is no 'just half of the time rights' just like there are no 'just half of the time' laws. They exist entirely or not at all.
How old are you?

Why are you guys even caring about American cities.
I prefer low gun crime and free healthcare, so Vancouver Island would be great.
Not sure what BC's healthcare is like though.

Exactly. If you want to really explore this, google people getting SWATTED which is what happens when someone gets your information and decides to fuck with you. (this is just meant as a way of saying that information is powerful & people can use it against you)
I think this election and all it's drama is annoying bullshit and I can't wait until I am dead so I don't have to deal with bullshit like this anymore.

I think that electronic voting is a terrible idea and should not be used at all. And if the wrong people got their hands on the information included that makes me feel more confident in my thoughts.
Also, I think the American election system is a terrible system anyways, so this confirms that.

Gotta love how people constantly makes fire jokes about AMD, when Nvidia numerous times holds the record for the hottest cards ever. You know like Fermi and the EVGA's Pascal series firestarters.
Anyways, autonomous cars are a bit scary. We will get fully selv drivable cars at some point, but right now the focus should be on driver assistance.

...Both can be dealt with very easily, a single bullet is enough, not nice i know.
I always thought in the US people there like their guns so much because if there is ever a very bad gov, they can shoot them down.
No idea if it's true but if it is, well maybe some US citizens are going to enforce that rule O_o
Who knows....

He and Hillary have effectively committed treason. There's a long list of things he's done that are considered treasonous by many instances in U.S. law, and Hillary has dozens more accounts, but in the case of Obama, him and Hillary have been causing the entire Syrian conflict and prolonging of war, mass droning of civilian populaces and the funding of Jihadist groups, Al Nusra, ISIS, Al Qaeda(again), and FSA(Free Syrian Army), in order to topple Assad, in order to build an oil pipeline in the region for Qatar and Turkey, though that goal may be sort of shuttered away now that Turkey is going Neo-Ottoman and not playing in to -anyone's- hands. Hell, Fast and Furious is, was, and will forever be a blemish that needs to be brought up repeatedly. Bush 1 and 2, both Clintons and Obama need to all be tried for treason. And while we're at it, we need to strike Reagan's 'accomplishment' from the books due to his amnesty reform in the 80s causing half the problems we have now.

Think it's 68%. It's enough for me to start looking in to the Sovereign Pseudo-Legal code to not only cease paying my federal taxes, but also get out of the penalties of getting off Obamacare. Even when I transfer back over to private insurance, I have to pay fees through the marketplace. Sovereign legal code is -great-, because it just overwhelms lawyers, and they normally give up and can't do their jobs. It's also complete nonsense so federal courts themselves can't deal with it. Can legitimately get out of paying federal taxes, but got to resubmit thousands of documents, but you can just mass print them out, spend a day doing it and then submit them every year.

I am struggling to find the connection between special interests and the VA. Special interests, such as corporate donors, only really affect policy in the industries they operate in. A Senator getting a large donation from lockheed isn't going to be compelled to automatically screw over the VA because the VA has nothing to do with Lockheed.
The problem with the VA is bureaucracy plane and simple. People argue, usually Democrats, that the problem with the VA is a lack of funding. However their budget has more than doubled over the past few years and even other democrats are saying that throwing yet more money isn't going to fix things.
A prime example of it being a leadership problem is when the VA researched into the possibility on converting patient records into electronic. After a few months of "research" they concluded it was not possible.
That endeavor cost 1 billion dollars. 1 billion and they have nothing physical to show for it at all. Just a "nope".
That is correct, but it doesn't change the outcome.
