  1. Which card would be best to drive a 1440p 144hz in most main stream games? Overwatch/ csgo / GTAV/ Forza horizon 4 (GTAV not 144fps required) Paired with an 4790K @ 4.7ghz? im tempted to buy the vega 56 or 64.
  2. Could it be a safety feature or something like that? Because i'm not using the fan header on the card. it uses an special housing, so a normal fan header doesnt fit. Maybe it just kills it because it sees the card warming up but cant make the fans spin any harder?
  3. Tried it with GPU-Z. Started Firestrike, it lasted all of 3 seconds before it shut down. See the bottom 2 rows. Not sure if this helps.
  4. I havent found anything to see those temps. i can only see stats of the core itself. Any software that might show those?
  5. So i installed a Corsair H90 liquid cooler with an G10 bracket on my R9 390 today. At first everything was fine, low temps, good clock speeds. i played 2 full games of csgo (45 min each) without problems. But now it crashes everytime i try to play a game. it wont even stay on long enough to enter a game of PUBG. The core doesnt even hit 50 C, and it still crashes. After the crash, the pc looks to be running, but is unresponsive, the screens go black. There is a small artefacting noticable on the moment it crashes. Should i revert the changes and go back to the original cooler, or is there something i can do?
  6. Thank you for your response, i did not know Windows had this feature, will try it out tonight at my desktop. I will look into the Beyerdynamic custom one pro, since i do have a big head aswell. I already anticipated buying a new pair of headphones, so i already bought a separate mic for this. Do the Beyerdynamic custom one pro require an AMP or DAC?
  7. Hello, I am looking for a new set of headphones, I am currently using my Corsair gaming headphones which are not that great. But there is a catch, i am partially deaf in my left ear. So i am looking for something that either can be volume controlled by ear, or something that packs quite a punch. I do like bass heavy music, so if that could be taken into account that would be great. Besides listening to music i do play a lot of FPS games. I'm not sure what else i need to buy for good audio quality, like an AMP or DAC. Thank you.

I actually had some issues with mine. A lot of static background noise, had to unplug it after booting my pc to cancel it. And a "robot voice" coming out of the mic, just like the static, unplugging it and putting it back in fixed it.
  9. If i remember correctly you should be able to manually put files in quarantine. Not sure how this works with malwarebytes.
  10. Have you recently downloaded any sketchy files or programs? It could be an miner program that you have downloaded against your will. Go to the program (minerd.exe) in your task managar and press on it with the right mouse button. Choose "open file location" and see if there is an uninstaller.
  11. Will try this in the weekend. Thank you for the suggestion.
  12. Hello, I have been trying to update my school laptop to Windows build 1709 for quite a while now. (Currently 1703) Everytime i start the update i get an error message. see picture 1. I have tried several diffent suggested solutions: Tried manually installing update KB4033631. Tried using the Windows troubleshooting tool. Tried using windows media creation tool to update. Tried restarting windows update by some CMD commands. Are there any possible options i have left? Or do i have to reinstall windows to get the 1709 build? This list goes on and on for a while.
  13. The game is in fullscreen, i haven't tried a different mouse, the only other mouse i have is a cheap wireless mouse i use for my school laptop, but i will try it tonight. It does happen when not playing a game, but not as often since there are less movements
  14. Hello, I have an Corsair M65, wich i have owned for a couple of years. But lately it has been behaving weird. When i am playing a game of CSGO or PUBG the mouse sometimes keeps on going. For example, when i aim left and stop my hand movement, the mouse keeps aiming further left (it does this for al directions) I tried reinstalling the drivers and uploading the firmware to the mouse. I dont know if it is an hardware failure or a software issue. Any suggestions?
  15. I recently bought this keyboard, with the blue switches. https://www.armyourdesk.com/collections/mechanical-keyboard/products/drevo-calibur-71-key-rgb-led-backlit-wireless-bluetooth-4-0-mechanical-keyboard-black It is wireless with bluetooth 4.0. i have yet to notice any lag or input delay. The blue switch sound great and feel quite nice. The construction is quite sturdy and made of plastic. The backlight color customization is not that great, but when you have it set up its good enough. i mostly use it for my laptop, so it is not my daily driver, but i do recommend it.
