    depends on the size of your case and the quality of the paste.

    i5 6400 and a 970 is pretty good combination. Wouldn't recommend putting a i3 with anything higher then a 950 or 370.

    Only way to tell is to open up your laptop. If the paste is dry remove and reapply.

    Hello, So some time this week I plan to OC my pentium G3258, I have to wait until pay day to get another Corsair H100i AIO so if anybody could share their G3258 OC'ing story's and any advice it would be greatly appreciated . And how far you can push it on the stock cooler. Thanks

    Try bending up slowly with your fingers first then pliers. If you manage to bend straight check to see if all the connection tabs are intact and still fights in the tab on your device.

    Yes I've got a mate who's going to help me. He said around 4.5ghz is a nice oc for the pentium G3258.

    Hello, So being the muppet I am just checked out on amazon with 1600mhz ddr3 ram when the cpu I brought only suports 1333mhz ( Intel pentium anniversary G3258 ) apart from wasting money on faster ram that my system will never use is this a problem? Thanks
