  1. Nice build however I have 2 recommendations: you can change the mobo to a standard atx form factor(yours is mATX) and also you can switch out the graphics card with a r9 390 as it will perform a little better.
  2. Also I doubt that need a very beefy cooler to reach 4.5 ghz. I have a fx6300 and with the Arctic freezer a32 (212 evo equivalent) I have it at 4.72 ghz with a vcore of 1.493 and the highest temp with prime95 was 52 degrees
  3. For the i5 a 212 evo will be more than enough even with high overclocks
  4. If you overclock the i5 it will perform around the same if not better
  5. It should be around the same in multicore performance but a lot better in single core
  6. I would recommend you to get an i5 6400 with a cheap z170 motherboard like the asrock pro4 and overclock it with bulk. If you still want to get an amd processor then a good motherboard would be the gigabyte 970a ud3p which is around $90.
