    This makes me want to buy a gaming laptop. Good job ROG marketing team. I don't know what about a LAN party at the top of a mountain makes me want a Asus G550JK, but it does.

    Spec sheets are completely pointless. It's all about user experience. For example, Linus doesn't even use his HTC One with "Beats Audio" because the audio output is terrible, so he uses his 3 year old iPhone 4 for music.

    Rockstar is definitely up there. It's interesting how they are so devoted to the Grand Theft Auto series. Pretty much every game in between GTA IV and GTA V have been experiments (including GTA IV itself) and to see what people like and what they don't. GTA V takes the shooting mechanics from Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3, some of the facial rendering technology from L.A. Noire, and took the bank heist concept from GTA IV (by far the most loved mission in the game) and made it the primary focus of its successor. Rockstar is pretty baller man.

    I suggest the Define R4 with window, its only £8 more than your budget. Good airflow, great cable management, minimalist design, AND you can get it white. Plus it's a silent case

    Smartphone - loaded with a TON of gameboy ROMs, Headphones - Klipsch Image S3 (Got 'em for $20 when they're usually $50) That's pretty much it. :D

    Razer might be slightly overpriced. Especially when it comes to their mice and laptops, but they make up for it by offering a killer gaming chat client
