Hey LTT people, long time no see. I've had a OnePlus 6 for a while, and took it on vacation with me recently. While on vacation I briefly dropped in the water (while it was on). I quickly took it out, and turned the phone off. I turned it back on later that day, and it was fine until it started boot looping. It then boot looped for while, and I turned it off. I turned it back on a few days later, nothing. I turned it back on two weeks later, and it worked! Sense then it has gone through phases of working and of boot looping, but most of the time the cycle went like this: Turn it on, it turns on, crashes after a while, boot loops if I try to turn it back on, I wait a while, I turn it back on without problem, repeat. This happened for about a month until recently, with the previously mentioned cycle lasting different amounts of time, but consistently. What I mean by this is sometimes it wouldn't crash for a day, and if that happens the next few days it would only crash daily. Sometimes it would crash 30 seconds after turning it on, and would do that every time it was turned on for a while. Anyways, It seemingly finally really died. It still boot loops, but never even makes it to the sign in screen anymore. If anyone has any ideas on what specifically could be causing that problem (or narrowing down what could be causing it) please let me know. I've contemplated taking it to a repair shop, but I figure its not too common of a phone and chances are they won't be all that helpful if I don't already know the problem. Dosen't work Thanks tho. Made sure ram was properly plugged in. Don't know how to do a cmos reset on a laptop, will look into it and try. Thanks

The screen dosent turn on

Can't even get to the point of bios, nothing is displayed on the screen. Windows 10

Hello LTT, I have a Toshiba Satallite C55-A5310, and it wont start :c When it is plugged in, I press the power button and I can hear the fan throttling, but it wont start. I've tried plugging it in to a monitor and booting it. We took it apart, nothing that my untrained eye can see is off (I don't think the solder of the power plug is messed up, but once again - untrained eye). No idea what to do. Suggestions? Thanks!

Hey guys, I was wondering, is there a downside//risk I'm missing to ethreum mining? Buying a 2k rig, making 4k profit in a year? Sounds to good to be true (I'm sure it can be done, but I imagine there is some drawback I'm missing). Hey guys, I finally got a 1 TB hard drive to go along with my 250gb ssd I've gotten by with for almost a year now (not a fun experience). I'm trying to install it right now, without luck. I can feel the hard drive moving when its plugged in to power, but it wont show up anywhere (including my bios)... I tried using the cable I'm using for my ssd currently, and same thing. Any ideas? My only idea is the harddrive sata port is messed up Thanks for any help.

As I said in the post, I did try this. Maybe I'm not fully uninstalling? I was uninstalling via programs/apps. Thanks.

Thanks for the help. I'm having weird inconsistency - When I set it to certain devices I can hear chrome, & not game sounds. Another I can hear game sounds & not chrome/discord. I believe that its because they're set to "Default device" for audio output. The game I'm using to test is minecraft. Ideas on how to make it work?

Hey people. I was talking to some people on discord, and watching a video. Suddenly, I stopped being able to hear the video. At first I thought the video maker had muted the audio, but I soon realized that now I could hear none of my system sounds (game sounds & chrome sounds), and could only hear the people I was talking to in discord. When I turn up/down the volume of my computer, nothing happens to the discord audio. Nothing seems to change when I close discord. Please help! I should also mention that when the audio muted I was updating a graphics driver. It updated, I restarted, nothing in the audio situation changed. Thanks for any help.
