  1. In my rig i have a 6600k cooled by a H110i GTX from Corsair (i know its overkill don't worry) but the tubing off the cooling block is really stiff and i would like to know if anyone has experience with "taming" the tubing since its very stiff and i want to keep the tubing off the case window. In the pictures you can see that the tubing is a but close to the window and i would love to have them sit basically above the GPU and the radiator but I don't have any ideas how, thanks in advance!
  2. beast of a projector, would build a home theatre pc with this integrated 10/10

  6. My friend at school just gave me a 780ti and i do not have any box or anything since i got it for free, what do i do or be careful of while spending the rest of my day at school, how do i avoid damaging it, or should i just carry it or what
  7. I'm going to build a new pc this summer, and I am planning somewhere in the $800 dollar range, not sure exactly what to get so i came here. One of my friends has a second hand 2600k he uses now and he offered me $150 usd for it. I was planning on something like this: PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/L9RzmG Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/L9RzmG/by_merchant/ CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($194.99 @ B&H) CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Ultimate 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.99 @ Newegg) Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC MATE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($97.98 @ Newegg) Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($35.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($42.88 @ OutletPC) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.98 @ OutletPC) Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card ($219.99 @ Micro Center) Case: NZXT S340 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case ($79.99 @ Newegg) Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($27.98 @ Newegg) Total: $794.77 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2016-04-06 17:22 EDT-0400 Before you say get the r9 380, im going green team since its what i know well. Is a 2600k a good replacement for a 6500k? Is it worth it? Please Help!
  8. From the 60 hours of it I have on steam, I feel like I have a good enough idea of the scope of the PC version, Like Hydrogen1803 said yes it is fun to mod, but I was banned for 2 weeks for killing a hacker. Sadly the multiplayer is cursed with hackers but is fun overall, as long as you enjoy the game, get it, but its not all that different.
  9. Skylake looks good because of ddr4 but I've seen that its not really worth the 120 bucks extra for 5-10 fps
  10. I'll look into that to see if it is in my price range of about 850 after rebates.
  11. That's what I've seen the most I've just kept the green team in the race since I have ably ever used NVIDIA
  12. I'm building a gaming rig around this July/August and can't decide on which Gen on the Intel side. From the research that I have done the 4690k has great OC headroom and but is on the haswell chipset with ddr3. The 6600k or 6500 are good, but straddle the 4690k in price, with good OC headroom on the 6600k but for more money especially with the z170 mobos going for upwards of 100 USD. Currently I am running a Core 2 quad q9550 with a MSI 650ti boost. I plan to get either the msi r9 380 4gb or the msi 960 4gb. I am welcome to suggestions on the CPU / rest of the build. Thanks!
  13. any preference of sapphire over msi for that matter?
  14. any real preference between them, from what I've seen the r9 380 is q bit better but has some drawbacks to the 960, such as PhysX and some bugs due to game development being on NVIDIA cards mainly
  15. Anything I can get my hands on, but mainly games such as Farcry, Dying Light, GTA V, Space Engineers, The Forest, CS GO, and more.
