  1. Wow you’re so original. I’ve never heard that joke before. I’m so entranced by it. I can’t stop laughing. ^^^^^^^^^^^ we already know it’ll just be picking between the lesser of 17 evils

    CPU Upgrade worth it? hm...

Unless you can get an FX-8350 or something for like... idk, whatever is considered really cheap for that, $30? I'd just save up for a cheap Ryzen set up, as mentioned above.
  3. I'll add that to the list of why America is better

    2080or Ti

Buy $1200 worth of stock and turn it into more money.
  5. Well, overclocking varies on a case by case basis, as it does for just about everything, but you can most certainly overclock just about any GPU. I personally use MSI Afterburner, but you can also try EVGA Precision X OC, and there's one more I always forget the name of... /shrug Those are the two big ones

    motherboard question

Unless your chipset is getting extremely hot for some reason (which if you have the board you linked is not the case), no.

    motherboard question

That is for the chipset. Most people refer to the chipset by it's name (Z370 in this case), but it is a physical die on the motherboard. It's how the CPU interfaces with different buses, like SATA, some PCIe, NVMe, wireless adapters, etc. Almost every motherboard made these days has a chipset heatsink. The size of it sometimes just varies, depending on the chipset and motherboard. For instance, here you see that the heatsink is much smaller. This is mainly due to trying to keep costs down, which might have the side effect of lowering performance in some instances. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
  8. It looks a hell of a lot better even just in the 3rd picture. On the car pics when?

Someone Critique my RTX overclock please!

Food is always an option. Some cards just don’t OC well. What does your card boost to normally? If it’s near or over 2000 MHz then there’s not much to gain for any card anyways. You might get an extra 25 MHz if you bump up fan speed to like 85%, but 1% is definitely not worth all that noise.

Someone Critique my RTX overclock please!

Turing is voltage regulated like Pascal, so as long as your temps are good, you can slide that voltage slider all the way up too if you want. Generally speaking though it usually doesn’t gain much.

Someone Critique my RTX overclock please!

You did it kind of backwards. Generally you start by maxing the power limit so you don’t inadvertently throttle your card (no, this won’t damage the card). Then you mess with core clocks, and once you have your core stable, then you move to memory speed. You’re likely not getting much out of the core due to your power limit being left at 100% (just a guess since you didn’t mention it).

    Best microphone setup 150$

I have a Blue Yeti and it’s pretty nice, some cool features with the different mic pickup settings. A little over $100 for the mic, and any decently rated mic stand should hold it. There are a few options for shock mounts, either Blue’s Radius Mount, or another 3rd party solution, whichever you pick. And a pop filter... it’s just a pop filter. Another popular choice is the AT2020. I believe it’s a little more expensive than a Yeti for the USB version, but a bit cheaper for the XLR version (but you’ll need an interface to run XLR).
  13. Glad to hear everyone is ok. I sold my Mint 95 F150 to someone in a similar situation. Kinda feel bad for the truck Obviously I’m gonna recommend the Mustang (but the BMW is RWD also so that’s good). The trans is really smooth and has a nice OD 6th gear for cruising. You can include the 2015 in your search if you want. They’re the same from 2015-2017. 2018 is when the front end and engine were updated (unless there’s a year specific color you want or something). And ya know. 435 hp. Haven’t been yelled at but I get looks all the time. My truck probably is just too loud to hear people yelling. It sounds amazing in parking garages, I make sure to spend my time in them wisely.

Globalfoundries might sell to Samsung or SK Hynix

If Samsung comes out with Globalfoundries... they'll have a solid grasp on way too much of the tech market lmao. edit: Here are a couple of the first links I found in English
  15. If you see it as a waste of money then you don't see it correctly. You're protecting an investment. Consider it lucky the VS model you have is an updated version that's not complete garbage, according to the two above.
