It probably would bottleneck it a bit. Although, it might be somewhat manageable. As for the case, I do not know. Most tier one builders (Dell) use custom size cases that aren't quite a mid tower and usually a bit slimmer. I would look up your computer and find the size of the case, and check that against the measurements of a RX 480.

PSU is waaaaaaaaaaay too overkill and expensive, should've gotten a 850W EVGA PSU

Plus with $4500 you go 4K instead of 2K

But anyway, have fun with your build

I know a good keyboard, it doesn't have the bees knees, but it's good. It's a g15 from log tech. It doesn't have fancy mx stuff but it is good

Honestly if your building a new rig from the ground up,  go skylake. Although the cpu and mobo will go obsolete the ddr4, especially if you are buying 8gb dimms, will last the next 5 years.

Furthermore skylake is faster/better than haswell so it will last you slightly longer. Also native support for NVMe and more stuff.

Its true that skylake is no reason to upgrade, but if you are building a new rig anyway....

But than again if you have ddr3 laying around, lets say 16gigs and ur choice is 4790k vs i5 6600k and buying ddr4,  I would go for the 4790k.

So in conclusion my recommendation comes down to: do you need to buy ram regardless? Go skylake.
But if you need to spend atleast 100 extra for the ram, and not even considering the fact a second hand mobo and 4790k is not that hard to find currently, put that money towards a better gpu.
Got an infinite money budget? Get your ass on x99 and wire me some

If you want future proofing, the I7 6700K will win, it's the best of the newest for a Desktop, but that's if you can afford it.
Either are great though tbf, just be sure you have ddr4, I made that initial mistake lol.
