i have a sapphire r9 390 its big and bulky but it makes sure my games run smooth

update my video card needed an extra hdmi cord for it to show up, also i just need my operating system thanks so much for the help!

my monitor works i was using it to play xbox so thats not a problem and i used different hdmi cords and everything but its not the cords because everytime i unplugg the video card the hdmi works and to the other guys, i already spammed delete, f11, and f12 it was showing up

but my video card still wont let me monitor even turn on

and it only brings me to the boot device word screen if my video card is unplugged if i plugg in power for my video card the monitor doesnt even turn on

so if i get it on a windows 10 on a usb and i plug it in and i hit a key it should start booting?

it wont even bring me to BIOS the farthest i get is it to tell me to press a key to boot up bios but then it brings me to the boot device without even giving me a second to hit a key

but my only question is why was it showing me the specs for my motherboard and then sending me to the boot thing

what is BIOS if i you dont mind me asking

so i built my pc not everything is screwed in yet but everything i plugged in and in the right spot. i started it up once and it brought me to my motherboard thing and i was like sweet all i have to do is but in my windows ten once i get it on a usb. but then i restarted it and my monitor went blank, so is started checking all the wiring and all good. i unplugged my graphics card and boom something showed up but it was the "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media". crap. i need help and need to know if my video card needs to be fixed or my motherboard or what do i do.
