Still playing with this..hardware manager recognizes the display correctly,but the only mode that is available is the 2560x1440 64 hz,while default is 60 hz. I tried forcing it to 60 hz via CRU,but it still sticks to 64 hz. Any ideas why ? Also I got into the service menu of the screen,but not many options there,just color settings,overdrive,and "span" and "step" options that i have no idea what theyre for.

Already did,used my 32" TV yesterday all day with no problems,as soon as i swapped it out back to the monitor,it showed the same low bit color problem.

nah,its a screen from 2013 that i got it 2nd hand...

its doing the same on both dvi-d and the hdmi.

still very much a problem . Im typing right now on this pixelated crap,hoping it will go away on its own...Any electricians in here ? Could it be a faulty resistor or capacitor or whatever,that can be fixed ? Since the problem comes and goes by itself randomly.

I got a prolite xb2776qs monitor that works fine most of the day,and then just goes crazy and becomes pixelated,or if you remember on windows xp if you put color depth to like 4 bits,its like that .Very very shitty color quality. And then it stays like that for a bit,no matter what you do it wont change,until it decides on its own to go back to working normally. Any idea why is this happening ? Dont know if this image helps,but as you can see how the black color around the destiny sign doesnt blend,its just like low bit gradients....it stays like this for random amounts of time,sometimes for an hour,sometimes two,sometimes 4,. I have no idea how to fix it .I tried resetting the screen to factory settings,i tried downloading CRU and manually putting all the monitor specs there and resetting,nothing works. Also its not the gpu,since i connected the monitor via hdmi to another pc and it was the same.

I got crappy gigabyte mouse and creative headset...would be amazing if i won any one of those from feenix .

gibe card now,im currently using gt540m,on a shitty laptop,which i would sell,if i won this card :D.

I bought an awesome laptop with i7-2630QM,8 GB 1600 DRR3 RAM and damn 5400 RPM HDD...replacing it with Apacer SDD would be a massive upgrade and I would most definitely appreciate it :).
