I'm getting 3 ssd's ready for a raid0. 2 are ready, and one is still giving me trouble. It used to be in my laptop and had windows on it. I formatted the drive and installed it, and there is still some windows remnants on it. I've tried to using diskpart in command prompt and that didn't work. Is there anything I can do to fully format the drive? The disk that is the issue is #4. But Disk 2 sorta has the same problem.

I have a gigabyte z170-hd3 mobo. I had an OCZ 256GB M.2 on the board as my boot drive. I just got a new WD m.2 SATA and decided to switch some stuff around. I put the OCZ m.2 back into it's original PCIe card and put it back in. Then, I put the WD M.2 into the slot on the mobo. My computer boots fine and all my files are present. But my WD is not showing up in file explorer. Everything else can recognize it though.

HELP. C: and H: are at 100% non-stop and RAM usage is at 100%
Hogger replied to Hogger's topic in Storage Devices
I think i fixed it for now? but something labeled "System" was using all the disk space Edit: I couldn't navigate my computer for a bit, it froze completely. I had to restart -
My desktop has been constantly at 100% ram usage while doing anything. Even just sitting at the desktop. I checked my drive usage as well and it says that my C: drive (Which is an NVME) is at 100%. These are my specs: i7-6700k (OC to 4.6) Founder's 1080 8gb ram @ 2400mhz gigabyte mobo 256GB NVME 1 TB WD blue 1TB WD black

The BIOS has no PCI information or anything about the 1060

all I know is that I set it for high performance mode and ran the game. Now I set that mode up again and it doesn't show up. I've also tried updating the drivers, but that doesn't work, it just keeps restarting and bringing me back to the install screen for geforce experience.

I just got the laptop last Thursday morning. I loaded a bunch of games onto it excited to play. I was playing witcher 3 today and the game crashed. I restarted my computer and kept playing. Now, my game runs at 3 fps and the 1060 won't show up in the task manager as a card. Only the integrated one does. Is my card dead already? Do I need to send this back and get a different laptop (one with better cooling)

I have a GTX 1080 in my main rig, and I have a 4k screen on my laptop. Right now, I can only stream games from my PC to my laptop in 1080p. Is there any way to change this besides buying a 4k monitor?

Does anyone know where I can get civilization 1? Steam only has down to 3.

I am trying to access my uncle's asus router (AC66U), and when I type in the 192.168.1.1 it just goes to the AT&T modem/router combo screen. I have accessed the asus router settings before, I just don't know why it isn't letting me do it now...

Is there a place that you are secretly getting these GPU's from for a cheap price? The cards are still insanely expensive. I mean, if you got the cash, go for it, it's a hell of a card. But the market is still in shambles right now.

anyone remember the air pressure test that Luke was doing?
Hogger replied to Hogger's topic in General Discussion
that's some close timing on my part... okay, i'm pretty satisfied. Thanks for bringing this to my attention -
December 8th 2016, LTT released a video about positive and negative air pressure configuration on a PC. They planned on leaving them there and running for a year and come back to see the results of the dust. It's been 2 months past they 1 year point, and I'm extremely curious for the results... do we think they forgot about them during the renovation of the office?
