You can attempt this via the AMD card in situe.  You need to redo the process with a single bricked card in the system.
 
 When reflashing the Bios back to the original version, make sure you have a detected card correctly displayed before proceeding.   Don't just run commands and hope for the best.   Check at every step and verify the correct card is the target for the updated bios. 
 
If you manage to recover the cards.  Sell all 3 and just buy a more powerful single gpu and save yourself hours of pain,  debugging and drama that 2way,  3way and 4way SLI bring. 
 
I was an SLI person from the 8800 all the way up to the 700 series and have a lot of experience with it.  I turned away from it to a single GPU out of genuine frustration at how poor the driver support is,  how many bugs are present and lack of anywhere near 90% scaling per GPU. 

It wasn't VRM. It was bad capacitors.

Seems neat. I've enjoyed their Wattman tool for GPU overclocking so hopefully this stuff for Zen is similar and just as detailed.

This thread just reminded me i had to sell my two 6990s because last yesr they went EOL and the very first crimson driver was the last one these cards would get.  
 
And i was okay with that. It was an old card on an older architecture. By that time it was still managing by sheer brute force of the hardware spec. 
 
What am i getting at?  Its okay for very old hardware to gain n then lose a feature set. It's not ideal but we dont want to hold back progress. 
 
As for that user saying nvidia should not support gtx 10 series because of the small user base. Get real man, this isnt a troll discussion. A brand new product will have a smaller user base amd is expected to grow. Not the same as a 5 year old card thats being phased out and has a continually dimishing user base. And you know that,  so why even bring it to the table. 

What are you basing that off of?  Are you going to go batty with your expectations again like you did for the 480 before launch?

You're gonna have to fill me in on your POV here because from where i'm standing leaving the $350~-ish open to the 1070 (which is much better than a 1060) is a seriously bad move and it makes little sense to have a 490 compete with a 1080 at a price-point that's probably more than double the 480 (because if the 490 does compete with the 1080, there's no way they'll price it against the 1070)

oh but it is innovative. it empties faster then other equally sized cartridges, whilst costing 4 times more. But wait there is more! If you buy two cartridges, you get 5% off a third one, which will dry out before you can even put it to use!.
