might of been an idea to check the link they are 5v strips, so theyd work, as I said though better of with magnetic,sleeved molex stuff.

depending on how well you can hide the cables you could try a cheap usb strip from amazon and internal usb adapter.
 
worth paying the extra for molex, sleeved magnetic strips though.

ssd and ram are about all you can do other than a full format and fresh install to avoid as much bloatware as possible.

So as you probably are aware, site is going up and down whole morning (here). Noticed this since 5am UTC. It's giving me Error 524, Firefox addon keeps going up and down, I can partially load the site but its really slow. Etc. etc.

I'm prob one of the few people that still feels as strongly about all this bs as much as jim. Most other people in the industry have given up on trying to keep this in everyones attention.

Any and all forms of micros in 60$ games are fing bs. If they can't afford to make the game without selling 4 million copies to break even then don't. I don't need famous voice actors or models that look like actors.

What I would do, because I like clean things, is grab all your documents that you need, put 'em on your portable hdd, and wipe the drive. fresh install windows 10 and reinstall all programs, and put the docs back. Nice and clean.

Awesome. I knew something like that must exist. How fine is the grid on this stuff? Do you find it actually traps dust in it?

traps a lot of the dust, obv wont be as good as a stocking but I found that a pain in the arse to try n use and it restricted the airflow significantly. this is barely any different to the stuff that came in my case.

To boot the Galaxy S2 into recovery mode, first turn off the device. Then simply press and hold the Volume up button, the Home button and the Power button at the same time. Keep holding the buttons until you have reached the recovery mode

It might help to know that this thing has been bottle-necked whilst gaming for about 6 months.
Just read this lovely bottle-necked guide on here and saw that under a "normal" gaming load my CPU is hitting over 90% usage. Under normal media and browsing loads it's between 40% and 65%.

don't buy molex cables they'll just spin fullspeed  get a splitter/splitters or fan controller depending what fans you use.

someone suggested the nzxt grid to me in a thread I made a while back, it doesn't need a 5.25 bay, I cant guarantee it would be voltage controlled though as I never got one and some reviews say it is while others complain it isn't (I suspect they didn't know what header to use or have shit mobos)
 
I simply used these myself but I'm sure there'll be something to suit your needs with a bit of looking.
 
it may change in the future but atm i have 7 fans running with those splitters with 3 sp120s running of 1 header as only 2 sys headers have voltage control on my board. so far I have no issues, as far as I know its down to your fans amps, each header can handle 1amp unless stated for higher by the manufacturer.

I believe the question is whats better for gaming between an i5 and i7
 
if its purely gaming i5 should be ample, i7s are more for multitasking/productivity tasks rendering etc I guess

It depends on the amperage of the fans but the headers are usually not protected in anyway so you can overload them. The rule of thumb is usually 3-4 fans max per header as many have a 1amp capacity, exceeding that amperage can lead to less than desirable situations.
