I need a DVI-I out on my PC for my multi-monitor setup. Is their any way avoiding adapters to do this?

DVI in general is even more dead than vga. DVI-I is even more dead than DVI-D because it’s analog. By “no adaptor” I suspect you mean a cable. Cables are generally one specific port to another specific port. My memory is dviD will carry dviI but the reverse is at least not often true. If this is a turning a digital signal into an analog signal my suspicion is no.

If you want VGA: you're gonna need to get an adapter, DVI-D to VGA, HDMI to VGA to Displayport to VGA.
If you have a DVI-I monitor: a DVI-D cable will still work.
It's an old 2010 Samsung TN panel, was wondering if minus an adapter I could make it work through HDMi, but even with a DVI-D or whatever it is to HDMI it has problems with scaling and image quality, literally the only way this monitor displays a damn good picture is pure DVI connection.
The monitor is one of these : https://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1265026060 or damn close to that. Decided I will gift it to a neighbour who is getting a system from me soon, and his current setup is a VGA only 720p thing, so be a nice upgrade, as the system I've put together for him outputs via DVI to this DVI screen perfectly.

Makes me suspect it’s an analog monitor with a digital add-on interface. My memory is I was once told the last video card that even output actual analog was the 9xx stuff. Might be able to get a 580 to do it. I don’t know.

Yeah it's past it's time, I'm going to order another Dell Ultrasharp to replace it as my side screens. And it will be a nice upgrade for my buddy, works brilliantly with the system I just put together for him.

Any free password managers worth the time?

Bitwarden, you can even setup your own server and whatnot locally so it doesn't touch their stuff at all.
