    Pretty much like going from your i5 to an i7 7700K. You'll get a good 40-60% increase in performance depending on the task.

    Wouldn't recommend an AIO cooler for a locked CPU which you can't overclock. I guess a cheap air cooler would lower the noise level in comparison to the stock cooler.

    A cryorig h7 or hyper 212 evo is more than enough.
