  1. I Found a review on YouTube where thermals are discussed. Here is a clip where you can start watching from. What do you think ? https://www.youtube.com/clip/UgkxYV4cCu0yVfv803K0vsIl5THfAGVqcPgZ
  2. Haha yeah I plan to program and game on it (VR) is how I justify it in my mind. Thanks for the input.
  3. Please do not compare with anything not on amazon.com. Link : https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Vector-GP68HX-Laptop-Thunderbolt/dp/B0C9GWG3TN/ref=sr_1_9?crid=2OA2EDT536Q2Q&keywords=laptop+4080&qid=1695641855&sprefix=laptop+4080%2B%2Caps%2C1324&sr=8-9
  4. I need it for programming and gaming. Size is not an issue but good battery is appreciated. Any suggestion must be on Amazon. Model : Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Gen 8 16" Gaming Laptop (2023 Model) - Intel Core i7-13700HX 16C, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB M.2 NVMe SSD, 16.0" IPS QHD+ 165Hz, Windows 11 Home Link : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CGCQNPFZ/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=AOW64KN0M3VEE&psc=1
  5. I just checked on the website and i am registered for waranty so ill check that route first, so i cant open the motherboard because it still has the waranty sticker
  6. Alright so the IGPU seems to be working just fine, but if i may how could i make sure whether it is a short or a cap problem ? Should i try dissassembling the GPU ?
  7. No waranty, maybe i can ask the reseller if they can provide me with the manufacturers warranty since i hear that evga offers 3 years of warranty and i am on my second one. I dont have another card nor would i want to risk blowing another one tbh. The integrated graphics are working though, i could try replugging the GPU if that can help determine the cause i just don't want something else to blow up.
  8. You can hear the hiss stop the moment the pop happens in the video. Also i am currently using the intergrated graphics and there is no hiss
