  1. My friend has a ASUS ROG GL752VW-DH71 which is a gaming laptop that has i7, 960m, and all that jazz. When he started up a game it was significantly slower that usual, so he tried to see if he could fix it by going into the nvidia control panel and it complained that his GPU was not detected. I remoted in to his system after he had tried to restart it and stuff and helped him try to install the latest driver. It told him that there was no detected hardware. I don't know what else to do and I can't seem to find anything else to do.
  2. The 1300 USD budget is a max and I don't want to go any further than that, I want a nice premium laptop. I would prefer it to have a 13 inch or larger screen, possibly be a 2 in 1 like a surface pro, have decent performace(i3 or higher and if possible a dedicated gpu) and a nice 1080p or higher display. I was already considering the MacBook pro which is weird since I'm a pc user and have never really used a mac but their innovation draws me in and their amazing build quality and really nice os are a big selling point. I was also considering a razer blade stealth, a dell xps 13 or 15, and one of the recent dell gaming laptops. I would like to be able to do some light to medium gaming on the laptop(Overwatch at 1080p(medium settings) and if possible Ark survival evolved at low settings. These are some of my favorite games to play on my custom gaming pc and would like to experience them on my laptop.) The laptops battery life doesn't have to be amazing but I would prefer it to be around average. If you decide to help me out, thank you so much for putting your time and effort into helping a fellow person out!
  3. I already have a pretty good gaming pc(core i3, gtx1060) but I need another one for a house I also live in. A laptop would be more convenient but unless you could find an amazing one I don't really feel like having another one. I was thinking of going for some thing around a 7th gen i3 and maybe a gtx 1050 or gtx 1050ti. I need the budget to be under $700 preferably around $650. I already have a spare monitor and power supply. Here is the list I'm considering: http://a.co/1L0tjsO. My currency is USD.
  4. I have seen many different answers and solutions to this problem but all of them really contradict each other, what i want to know is whether the oneplus 3t will work with verizon cdma networks with call, text, and 4g data.
  5. Just curious would the Razer Stealth really be worth the price because I kind of want to use that laptop for school. I also kind of want to know if the Razer core is really worth it since its basically the only egpu dock using thunderbolt 3.
  6. Hmm, I accidentally turned that off once and had problems before, I'm sorry but I have no idea for you here.
  7. I have a msi motherbaord also you have have to go into your BIOS/UEFI and turn on HD Audio and if that doesn't work you may have to contact MSI.
  8. I'm looking for a gaming laptop or a ultrabook and was wondering what I should I get, I have a decently high budget, around 1250 USD but that is the absolute maximum because any more would just be to expensive for my tastes. I know In almost every case I could build a better desktop for cheaper but I already have one and want a laptop for around the house use. I was thinking of going with a Razer Blade Stealth i7 and then waiting until I get more money and buying a razer core but that would be a long term plan and possibly not worth it. I was also thinking of this laptop. Requirements: 1080p and above screen If its a gaming laptop then a nvidia 10 series GPU Windows 10(Obviously) Wants: High capacity SSD or SSD + HDD RGB would be cool Thunderbolt 3 if ultrabook Decent I/O Decent Battery if ultrabook Again my currency is USD and I don't have any requirements that relate to brands but Razer is cool.
  9. Its a 2-3 year old hp pavilion laptop. Its probably not even worth it
  10. I have an old laptop and the display has been recently been glitching out and the right side of the screen suddenly turns black or it started showing random colors. I really have no idea what could be causing this since its pretty old and I was planning on getting a new one sometime this year but I definitely can't get one right now and I just want to how much it would be to repair it and just want to know if it would be worth it. By the way I would prefer the price in USD.
  11. Well I want a new laptop because I have a gaming desktop and need to get to get a laptop that can at least to basic web browsing to light gaming such as Overwatch(Possibly)Unturned CS:GO. Requirements: Intel Core i3 or higher 1080p screen 500 gb HDD/SSD 4gb RAM 400 USD Wants: Decent Battery Life (4-5 hours if possible) USB-C 300 USD Able to play Overwatch
  12. Unfortunately I've tried all of these things to no avail
  13. Absolutely nothing and i made sure to plug in the speaker to so I could hear alerts
