Looks pretty good to me! In my opinion I would go with a motherboard that suits your needs. no need to buy an expensive Z370 mobo If you aren't going to be overclocking. That's just my thoughts on that. Good luck and happy building!

Uh, if you re flash android on there, then you might be able to bypass that. Also, is it asking you for the google account password? If it is, then you can just put in yours, and that might let it work. Is it specifically asking for the old one, or just any old password, and what screen is it asking for this on?

It's FRP locked, meaning it's hard locked to a Gmail account that was previously on the phone before you reset it.

That's not a Compaq tower.  That's a custom built-PC using an old school ANTEC SX-635 case.

That motherboard used AGP for video and has no built-in video. So either use another AGP card or an older PCI (Not PCIE) video card in order to determine if there's still video output.
 
You can also try removing the AGP video card, cleaning the contacts with an eraser and at the same time blow some canned air on the AGP slot.  Just to make sure it's not the dust that's causing poor contact between the card and the AGP slot.

Why ATX?
A mid ATX should just be fine, unless you need to have 2 NVME, dual GPU etc.
Mid ATX case will save some space and compact.

So, you're not looking at a new GPU either? Also if you don't care about the RGB aspect of the lights NZXT has some nice single color led airflow fans for around $15-20 a piece which might help you same some 

It's a seller trick. The listing probably says "for AMZ" or something like that. Some sellers will do that to get their identical product on a different listing so it shows up in search results independently from Amazon's listing for the "Logitech MX Master". It's usually done in conjunction with other shady practices that drive it up in the rankings, in hopes that consumers see that, click on it and buy it before they find the listing that everyone else's MX Master is under.

A guy in my local drone group bought a $300 i3 off monoprice and it prints surprisingly well out of the box. Just put a better hot end on there. 

you're not going to get a build, high quallity machine for that price, but the anet A8 kit is a good option if you don't mind putting in a weekends worth off assembly time. for 299$ you can get the cetus, a really good linear rail based machine. the cetus will just work out off the box, no tinkering or tweaking requiered.

I am switching to Bowden because I have excessive ghosting and my corners are terrible and I have to print at 20mm/s so I want to switch to Bowden to fix this also my entire direct drive extruder setup has the weight of 2 nema 17 stepper motors which is excessive. I was at 1.75mm filament but I moved to 3mm so I can print some flexible filaments at least. Plus my new Bowden setup weights less than half of a stepper motor.

Personally id get the 3930k or a newer 6800k(if you can afford it).
 
The xeon is a bit faster in rendering, but costs 1600 bucks and is last gen(unless you by the es ones on ebay which are known for having problems like no hyperthreading, no vt-d, other than the fact that there stolen).

Absolutely incorrect. This switch has NOTHING to do with the "heat." It's the winding selector switch for the transformer. The transformer has windings for 200-240 V countries, and a shorter winding for 100-120 V countries (technically the latter is just half of the former.) Having the switch on the wrong setting and plugging the device in WILL very likely mess things up. (More so if you live in a 220 V country.)

Good choice. It also leaves a bit more room for the future. 

Ah well either way no need for the i7 the i5 will work plenty fine for that usage Case. In fact  I use the i5-4960k for my gaming rig. Which is plenty fast

Noctua said that the cooler didn't give the PCIE x16 slot clearance. I have no idea what they are talking about it looks perfect to me!

Do you need to? In Finland its not that strict, if its broken then it doesnt need to be packed like it originally was.

just sell the 960. physx is a thing of the past and not worth it.
