i have a karit gaming z1a something msi mother board 1tb wd hard drive 6700k skylake processor gtx 970 graphics card Samson 250gb ssd i was trying to move the users files over from the ssd to the harddrive i did that then i on the file panel on the side wtih like documents and desktop i right clicked and choose location and put that to the harddrive it was then i tried to use file explorer and it wasn't there nor was control panel and then i reset the pc and it wouldn't reset and now im hear lol

lol really am stressed i feel like i just broke my pc there was a option when reseting the pc to compleatly whipe the drives it was like select this if you are recycling the pc im not doing that but its basicly the same thing right just whiping everything and ill have to reinstall windows from my usb?

just built my first computer while screwing with some of the folders and stuff it kinda broke it so i figured no big deal right ill just reset the pc i do that it wontl et me reset it at all i can acces any thing on the home menu my ? is i can just wipe the files or fully clean the drive if i do the fully clean the drive thing it can i just installed windows and my drivers and have everything be ok or is that not what it dose im panicing i have the usb with windows on it still and the product key Please please help i think i fucked up my 1800$ computer

just checked has been on the hdd drive the whole time im guessing im a just have to take it into microcenter

i have been for most of the programs lately but im not able to move the programs files

So i built my computer about a week ago, i booted it up after putting the ssd and harddrive into the white slots on my mother board i just put them in randomly not sure if thats a big deal but going to give as much detail as possible. I was told by a friend to not have the harddrive in when installing windows so i upluged it and installed windows onto the ssd. when i was at the home page i repluged it in and got the drive to show up per linuses video. I then installed the drivers im not sure if they went to the ssd or the harddrive or what I proceeded to then download skype and other programs i wanted but when i look at the ssd it has programs files 84x and program files and all i wanted on the ssd was the os and one game so it would load faster instead when i download stuff it puts some of the program into the ssd and some into the harddrive for example i search for a steam game called dirty bomb steam is installed on the harddrive but when i do that it has one folder in the harddrive and one in the ssd i really like to have my files nice and clean and im ok with resetting everything if i have to and wiping everything and reinstalling everything thats fine cause i just want it the way i want it for the long run so anything i have to do to get it there is fine my next option is to take it to microcenter and see if they can help me.

how do i format it ?

on the mass storage drive my hard drive basically i cant get rid of this folder called windows apps it will not let me open it as administrator or move it i was able to copy it over to my ssd where windows is installed and stuff cause i think thats a better place for it but for the life of me i cant not delete it from the hard drive please help with this.

Is there anyway to get rid of the multiple program files folders i have 2 on my ssd and one on the harddrive and it wont let me delete them even run as administrator

so i just built my first computer it works and everything but the way the ssd and the harddrive saved everything is really ugly looking and really hard to find files and stuff im ok with having to wipe the drives or do a complete reset or whatever is necessary i want my boot to be on the ssd and a game called planetside to be on the ssd i think the drivers got installed on the ssd not the harddrive also Please help im at the point where i might take it into micro center to have them take a look at it. The folders and stuff look like this its super weird with 3 program folders and just really hard to navigate. ;if you need more info just ask ill add whatever is needed

but the internet cant look at my motherboards bios and go yea i understand whats shown i have no idea what any of it means
