  1. Also, I doubt it's broken. It's new after all.
  2. http://www.legitreviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/NZXT-Noctis-450-Interior-Fan-Controller.jpg
  3. The Fan Header is PWM controlled, it's the CPU2 fan header. (Checked in BIOS). I am fairly sure my fan header does support those fans, since I have 1x 140mm, 3x 120mm fans hooked up to it. Don't think that will burn my header, right?
  4. You don't know what you are talking about. The Fan Hub works trough a 4PIN PWM Cable and there is no switch. The photo provided in the link IS the PWM Fan Hub.
  5. So I have bought a new NZXT H440 New Edition case today. It has a https://azerty.nl/_azerty/data/product/8/5/5/855326/img/12/G.jpg at the back. You plug it in with power to a MOLEX adapter and 1 PWM cable plugs into CPU FAN (1 or 2). So I did this, right. Fans where reasonably loud, like the PWM function wasn't working and they all ran on 100%. At a later moment, I grabbed myself a 4x 3PIN Fan Splitter and put it onto SYSFAN1 with all the fans connected to that, and boom, their silent. Why does this PWM Fan Hub not work?
  6. 15 euro for the Cooler Master and 30 for the Fractals, I'll take the Silencio's.
  7. Current stock fans that came included with my H100i GTX liquid cooler are luid, especially when they ramp up RPM. They idle at 1000 RPM and go up to 1900 while gaming. What about these Cooler Master Silencio FP120 PWM? https://www.alternate.nl/Cooler-Master/Silencio-FP120-Case-fan-/html/product/1153872?tk=7&lk=9346 They produce 16dB max @ 1400 RPM 12V wich means idle they will be dead silent and when gaming they will be barely noticable, but, are they static pressure optimized? If not, what are good fans for max 15 euro & max 20 dB? Greetings.
  8. Ugh, well, I dont even fuckking know. There is no clear answer here. Too many people assume and don't come with facts.
  9. Yeah MSI GTX 980 GAMING 4G, not 980Ti. Typo in mainpost. Fixed it.
  10. Will my i5-4590 be bottlenecking the GTX 980 (MSI GTX 980 GAMING 4G) (I'm planning to upgrade to a 4790K later, but the 4590 has to do for now.) EDIT: I MENT 980 NOT TI.
  11. I think I will be upgrading the 960 to the 980Ti first, will my 4590 be able to power it? I have 1x 1080p screen. No bottlenecks CPU sided? (Will be using money from sold 960 for the 4790k)
  12. My current rig is: i5 4590 with GTX 960 powered by G650M PSU. I'm thinking about upgrading to 4790K with a MSI 980 (non Ti). Will the G650M be able to power it?
  13. So I have a Corsair H100i GTX with the included fans, and they tend to get loud. I have Corsair Link and I've set the profile to Quiet mode. Corsair Link is reporting me that the fans spin at 1020 RPM (idle) making a noticable woosh sound (like somebody is vacuumcleaning the next room or something?), while gaming they tend to go as high as 1900 RPM and making a hard woosh sound. I kinda wanted to replace them with some silent ones. I don't know how static pressure optimized they are, but what are the best (silent) fans? Here are some I think are "ok": https://www.alternate.nl/Cooler-Master/Silencio-FP120-Case-fan-/html/product/1153872?tk=7&lk=9346 https://www.alternate.nl/Arctic/F12-PWM-PST-Case-fan-/html/product/138386?tk=7&lk=9346 https://www.alternate.nl/Cooltek/Silent-Fan-120-PWM-low-Case-fan-/html/product/1148296?tk=7&lk=9346 What are your suggestions? I need to buy them from that website (alternate.nl), they need to be 4pin and silent. I need 2 of them and I do not want to spend a TON. Thanks.
