Okay so if someone could help me I would be greatly appreciative, whenever I try to go to most sites now it says "Your Connection Is Not Secure" and looks like the certificates are out of date for those websites, I have recently just got new wifi, but only happening on my chrome os laptop, I have tried resetting my computer but didnt help, reset chrome settings, didnt help, and MY TIME AND DATE ARE CORRECT. Kept popping up whenever I was trying to search online for answers. Thanks again for any help and or suggestions!

Heatsink wasn't properly reinstalled duhh

I have a prebuilt system that wants to seemingly over heat when I stand it up straight, but if I start it up lying down no problems. I've touched the surrounding area and CPU is an athlon 2 but dosent feel hot...I took off heatsink and reapplied with out new thermal paste, I also unplugged some of fans because I was trying to remove hard drive but plugged them all back and reinstalled heatsink just fine. Anyone got any ideas why fans kick up to high gear and turns off?

I am looking for information on the Zalman R1 atx http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811235057 case in order to decide whether or not to buy it. I am merely wanting to know if anyone knows of any defects or reasons as to why I should not buy this case, and im trying to stay as cheap as possible, Linus himself said it was okay...but I wanted to know what yaul thought.
