  1. Hey all, I've been using my Intuos Pro small with my macbook pro and Win10 PC for a year or two now, but I noticed recently, that while I'm hovering in Illustrator or Photoshop my cursor will rapidly switch between the standard Mac cursor and whatever tool I have in the program. When the tip of the pen touches the tablet, then the switching stops. Is that normal, and if not what can I do to correct it?
  2. Fixed the issue. For anyone using a ROG VIII motherboard with SupremeFX having this issue: Uninstall the sonic studio suite from windows. Reboot Install Sonic Studio from the driver disk that came with your motherboard. Or get it from here Reboot Enable Surround in Sonic Studio Profit. Here's a video for reference as well Hopefully this helps anyone having this issue in the future.
  3. I'll be playing with audio drivers for the foreseeable future. Thanks for the input. Appreciated.
  4. UPDATE: Double checked the speakers with my phone and the center speaker works there. Updated the realtek drivers and ran all the sound tests. Working. Tried playing music from Spotify and Youtube. Nada. It seems like outside of the tests, it uses stereo mode (L R and the SUB) but the center, RL and RR are not being used (something I couldnt recognize last night). Windows recognizes that something is plugged into the C/SUB port on the mobo, but no programs except the sound test want to use it. Not sure what to do.
  5. That's why I'm confused. I don't have any idea either as to why it works fine during testing but not any other time. I guess I'll reinstall drivers and see what happens. Should I install Asus's SupremeFX Driver (the one ive been using) or the realtek driver?
  6. Hey people. So I'm having a strange issue. Earlier today all was normal with my new z506 speaker setup. Center speaker was playing music from all sources, and the L, R RL, RR and sub all worked fine. I unplugged everything from my PC since I had to move it. When I put it back, and plugged everything in again, all the speakers started working sans the center. I have a Maximus VIII Gene mobo (where it's all plugged in).Right now the L and R speakers do most of the work, while everything else is normal. Using the audio test, I made sure all the speakers were working fine, and even checked the supreme FX test and the center speaker works in both tests. any other form of audio doesn't come out of the center speaker. I have no idea what to do. I've tried swapping the cables. the center plays fine in the green jack, but then the L and R speakers don't play at all in the orange jack. I feel like there's some stupid setting that just isn't on or something. Can anyone help?
  7. Yes. ART is the only runtime as of Lollipop.
  8. You're fine. Even the Note 7 explosions are only going to affect around 1% of Notes shipped out. I think 35 issues reported of the million or so phones that were bought. So even if you had a Note 7 youre fine.
  9. Youre not kidding. I can't hear anything anymore. My temps are actually better than with the old fans though.
  10. Sounds good. My nf-f12 iPPCs come today so I assume I'll be fine and enjoy some nice thermals.
  11. So I know that the H100i V2 has an issue where it makes noise when the stock fans (SP120) are plugged into the fan headers on the pump. I'm getting some Noctua nf-f12 iPPC fans, and I was wondering if the issue still persists when using fans other than the stock ones. Also, Im currently using AI Suite 3 that came with my mobo (Maximus VIII Gene) for fan control. Aside from Speedfan (which i find somewhat confusing to read) is there anything better for managing fan control?
  12. It's quite good for the price. Unlocked and free of bloat. Moto phones (even the ones under Lenovo) have a nice set of extended features that meld well with stock Android. Impo it's big but I have small hands so that's up in the air since I dont know what your hands look like.
  13. While I don't disagree with you that x99 will last longer than z170, the point that this is a build for school, and really doesn't need the power of the x99 platform kinda overpowers the need for an upgrade path. Just as well the x99 upgrade path is quite expensive, even if you are saving money on a mobo and ram. So I think in this situation the 6700K is better for his intended use.
  14. Looks alright to me. Though I'm not sure why you're getting an ITX board when you have a case that supports an ATX board.
  15. EVGA has tiers for their GPUs. Superclocked is clocked lower than the FTW edition cards. You're right about that, and again. If your budget allows by all means go with the 2011-3 CPUs, but if you want power and need to save some cash then I would go for the 6700K.
