Im using this PC to game edit and stream!

What specs should I used to build this 3000 USD Gaming Editing and Streaming PC. I really don't know if I should get a skylake or haswell for CPU so I would love anyone recommendation!

Is a I7-6700K good for editing streaming and gaming or is there another CPU which would be better?

I would play lots of games like GTA V Rainbow CSGO n I would use sony vegas to edit. the resolution I would want is 4K and yes a 144hz

I just need Monitor not keyboard and mouse. Yes i do need an OS

Im going to use this pc for gaming streaming and editing videos. I would also need a monitor with that 3000 USD budget as well, the case needs to be a 900D as well. I have no idea of what to build and what components to have please help thanks.

How would you guys build a 3000 USD Gaming Editing Streaming PC? I am planning to use this PC to create content for YouTube. My budget for this build is 3000 Dollar without Monitors but with Keyboard Mice and Headset. Any ideas of how you guys would build this? The build that I'm planning to go is I7-5930K, Asus Rampage V Extreme, Corsair Vengence (32GB), and a MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti. Please help me if you could thanks
