  1. I have a budget of $700 and I was wanting a portable/light laptop to store pictures as well as do school work, nothing major, just to take notes and such. I would prefer windows 10 or somewhere along those lines.
  2. Of course.. I have watched many, and I mean MANY videos on building a computer. I think the most confusing is the sata/data cables and everything.. Plus my house is all carpet so I need to continuously ground myself

  11. you can get them on reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap and get the cd drive in a usb format unless you need it for some things. but going on reddit will get you windows 10 for 25 dollars.
