Never mind, I kept power cycling and finally I was able to connect to the Web interface. Internet now works -
I have a ubiquti Edgerouter POE, I was doing some cable management and when I plugged in my Unifi AP Lite, the router just resets itself to factory defaults. I am not able to use the Web utility. Sent from the unofficial LTT app for Android

Try a SATA to USB adapter in another computer. -
It saves the whole screen.
