  1. It doesn't take long to load, and a lot of games, like BioShock Infinte run just fine. It just skips at times. Maybe I have too much open at once? I can't defrag or reinstall. I wouldn't have an OS anymore at that point. It's not clicking. It's just spinning and occasionally searching. I was asking for you users to tell me what the results mean.
  2. Hi! I have this old computer as my main. I've mentioned it before. What I'm worried about is that the harddrive has been very strange lately. It's more audible, and games that used to run fine can be rendered unplayable. In Far Cry 3, the intro sequence, which is a video, was choppy and unwatchable. I know that the rest of my components are fine, so I looked at my harddrive. I got HDD Scan because My HD Tune trial expired. What confuses me is that all of the lights are green. These are the results: What's going on here? Is it failing? I'll gladly give you more info if you ask for it! I've a good chunk of stuff backed up on an external HDD.
  3. I don't, since it's shit, but I'm getting a rig with a Corsair Spec-Alpha white&red. Almost as beautiful as stuff and things also sleep. I have an R3 without a harddrive cage, and a Phenom mITX just sitting around, but I'm going to splirge on this majesty. I want to look at my pc with pride.
  4. OEM, most likely needlessly workstation-like, no gaming GPU... It's not something I would want. Meh. 5/10 Solid rig, quick and clean. I'll give you a 9/10, which would have been 8,5/10 without the dog. 10/10 with an upgrade to a 980Ti. Tower: Intel Core i5-650 3.2GHz w/ some CoolerMaster cooler 3x2GB DDR3 RAM at 1333? 5. I'd say that you should get the 950 instead, but keep the rest of the rig.
  6. You should be fine. Harddrives usually make some noise. If you really feel you need to, get yourself the 500GB Samsung EVO.
  7. It should be fine, but that's bad service. If you can be bothered, please do tell those who delivered it to feck off. If it doesn't work, RMA it, but take lots of pictures and document everything you do. Worst case, you'll go to small claims.
  8. While mine is way worse in performance/currency, yours is way more elaborate. $26000 for something that can't run GTA V? BRILLIANT!!!
  9. An Apple I... all that '70s computing glory for only $900,000 USD...
  10. Indeed, it must be the PSU. It would fit the bad reputation it has, and it would make sense. So you have another PSU lying around which you can use to test with? If not, I'd say you should get yourself a new one, anyway, because all of the other components seem fine.
  11. Sadly, my 1GB 750... Everything else in it is 6 years old.
  12. *looks at sig* *is 970, 3770, 16 gigs of RAM, 256GB SSD, H60...* DO YOU BLEED?!
