I knew I was missing some spec! I've got 16gb 2666mhz Ripjaws Ram and A wired Logitech G502 mouse and a wired Corsair Strafe keyboard.

And by insane stuttering, I mean both CPU and GPU loads don't go over 15% in some games, and yet every 2-3 seconds you get up to a second of just, frozen gameplay, then the game resumes and if you don't let go of the control your character kept moving while the monitor was displaying a single frame, so in games like Dark Souls you can understand it makes the game unplayable. Though, the music does not stutter, so I'm kinda going for the software issue vs hardware issue TBH.

And what is AMD ReLive, never heard of it.

I'll get back a  report once I'm done working and tried a few things.

Rest of the specs? ram, mobo, PSU, HDD, SSD? GTX 1070 Is Middle-High end card, so you should definitly run everything 2015-early 2016 60fps for sure, at high-ultra settings of course.

I've seen the S7 Edge and it's pretty nice, not a fan of the curve myself but to each their own. The thing to be aware of is the S7 Edge has a much more defined curve than the S8 models, so if you want a curved screen but not as much as the S7 Edge then you might want to wait for the S8.

Some carriers will give you lower rates if you buy the phone outright. Others however will still screw you over.

    First...stop pre-ordering video games.

Second. Nintendo's geolock for canada extends over the entire north american continent. You can order a game from anywhere in your region with the expectation of it working.

    Several reasons!
More robust than optical media, mostly owing to their now compact size. You can throw a 3DS cart in the wash and it'll survive. Can't say the same about a DVD or Blu-Ray (though BD does have a hard coating which makes it highly resistant to scratching and funnily enough, easy to clean) Smaller, which may or may not be a plus. Allows you to move the unit. Optical media is touchy if the unit itself is not standing still or is in the wrong orientation. I'm still shaking my head that Microsoft doesn't allow the XB1 to be in any orientation other than flat. Can have extra writable memory such that if implemented correctly, you can have save games on the cartridge or patches in the game. I believe the carts on the PS Vita do both. Can have faster read speeds than optical media. Not just theoretical read speeds, but random read speeds as well. The only downside as mentioned is cost, but it may not be all that much (32GB SD Cards go for $10). People still think "cartridges" today means what the SNES and N64 were like. Those may as well be complete computers in their own right. Today, a cartridge is basically a read-only memory card, like an SD card.

Yep, though the defective monitor would really suprise me. I'm betting on the CMOS reset here, if that does not work well he can try switching to onboard graphics to test out the failing GPU. Afterwards, well, malware is a go

Regardless of your bluescreen issues, svchost.exe should NEVER reside outside of C:\Windows\System32\ EVER. NEVER EVER.
You have malware on your PC, which could very well be causing the bluescreens and any other errors from within Windows.

As for not being able to access your BIOS, that can either be a failing graphics card, defective monitor, or your BIOS simply needs a reset.

Pulling the round coin-cell watch battery from your motherboard, unplugging your power supply, and pressing the power button on your case for at least 10 seconds should clear your CMOS / BIOS settings. Try this first. Next, I would test the monitor on another system.

EA sells more than just Battlefield. Origin is the only place to get Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition. It will also be the only place to get Mass Effect Andromeda.
