No, they're overclockable. The 8320E is just an underclocked 8320 (it's still unlocked).

If you buy an enthusiast card like this you should be able to read the manual and check if you got the right PSU.

That's like buying a race car and not being able use stick shift. lolol

But yeah on topic if you can get one relatively cheap and don't mind a little tinkering, your PSU and case can handle it why not, it's a beast of a card.

    No SSD?
    Why purchase a $200 MB?
    Why get a 980ti and not a 1080?
Why 4x4 RAM and not 2x8?
PSU is overkill but good wattage for SLI.

By 1150, I think you mean LGA 2011-3. LGA 1150 was the socket for the 4xxx series consumer cpus. LGA 2011-3 is the socket for the enthusiast cpus (5960x, most xeons, etc.)

Sanderman135 reacted to HKZeroFive in What do you guys think of my first build?
-You are pairing a locked CPU with a Z170 motherboard which isn't quite a good combination. I suggest you should go for a i5 6500 with a H170/B150 motherboard instead.

-Grab a better PSU from SeaSonic or XFX - 750W is far too much.

-The R9 380 is the better performing card in comparison to the GTX 960.
