  1. Sorry I hadn't gotten back sooner, decided to post before bed. I forgot to add a budget, oops  I want to have it around $1200, preferably less around $1000 if I can help it. I already have a spare HDD and SSD. Well I'm kind of stuck on the case as a personal preference and I want a full tower. I also liked to R9 280x Toxic because of the 3 GB on it, though that 780 sounds great, but I'm not sure if I'd be willing to compromise. Can someone explain to me the benefits for a Z97 over Z87? The monitors would be added to that cost, but I'm kind of picky so I'd like to find one with most of the features, hopefully at a fair cost (~200 or less). Will buy one sooner and get another later the year. IPS, or not if the trade offs are worth it like the Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor VESA mount 1-7 ms response time 60 or > refresh rate The Asus VS238H-P 23.0" Monitor one Megazero pointed out looks great to me personally; As well as the motherboard, but would it make a difference to get z97 gaming 5 edition for about $10 more? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97gaming5
  2. I wanted to ask about my choice of motherboards as this is one of the parts that confuses me greatly. I would also appreciate any help for monitors and RAM, and the CPU depending on value. Please feel free to offer any advice, all is appreciated. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3RKj2 Uses: Gaming Dual-Monitor setup Creating videos for YouTube Streaming games Mild use of Photoshop I do plan on overclocking, but I am rather unaware of all that is required of it. I also have very little to go off of when it comes to RAM other than good ratings. I am basically in the final throes of building a gaming computer; it has taken me quite some time to figure out what I want, but I feel as though I have it down to my preferences, mostly.
