    - Enable 4G encoding (I see you got that)
     - Set all PCIe slots to Gen 2
     - Make sure you're installing windows with a UEFI install with GPT partition and that UEFI is the prefered bios selection for bootable media

Honesty you've done most of what I could think the problem may be, outside of reinstall windows as UEFI with GPT partition.

I assume this isn't your main rig, have you looked into just doing it all via Linux (Ubuntu or similar)?

Check out the thread Ryan_Vickers posted. Jump to around page 20 and read on from there.

Also, don't bother using the Crimson/Catalyst settings for overriding in-game AA settings. I've never had good results from that and most of the time, I found it never applied the settings properly or at all. Just use AF set to x16 and leave everything else set to "let application decide" and use in-game graphics settings.

Also, as @App4that mentioned; if you've gone from a smaller to a larger display but with the same resolution, the image will not look as sharp and you will notice more jaggies etc. 1080p isn't very crisp by today's standards. Not with all the much higher pixel-density displays all around us now (phones, tablets, laptops etc.)

Ram speed doesn't effect visual quality and AA settings.

Alright, that's all well and good... now how do I WIN!?

Entry is very simple - just comment below letting us and Zotac know what makes you interested in the ZBOX when compared to a traditional desktop. @raydeeyo, you obviously plan to game, however I would still recommend the IPS display because you're going to get much better viewing angles for Eyefinity, more accurate colour reproduction and better contrast overall. However if you want something that's a bit easier on the wallet for an Eyefinity setup I would recommend the Acer H236HLbid (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009483). It's very popular and Linus has even done a couple of videos of it including an Eyefinity (or possibly NVIDIA surround) setup video. I would personally recommend this myself from things I've read.
EDIT: The Acer H236HLbid also comes with every display cable you could possibly need which includes the following:
    • VGA
    • DVI
    • HDMI

wow, looks like we have more work to do on these console players than we thought, showing them the better machine just isnt enough we have to show them how to use it.

1 pick good games not the c**p you're used to playing on con-soles.
    2 buy a 1080p or 1440p monitor.
3 set settings to high or ultra.
4 game and enlighten your friends.
