Full blackout and reset and sometimes the screen goes Paige, pink or the normal black before shutting down and resetting

I mean kinda yeah it's at high usage most games have it at high usage and yes, the whole PC shuts down and resets

Recently my PC has been crashing everytime I load up any game or anything that's puts a load on the GPU I tried unplugging and plugging in a different 8-pin cable for the GPU and it "fixed" the problem for a short bit. I was able to play for a couple of hours and I thought the issue was solved but then while playing DMC 5, The screen went pink. It crashed and reset again I have an RX 580 8gb and my PSU is a cooler master 625W extreme I have no way of confirming which is failing but I have a feeling that it's the PSU
