Will I get better performance with 3600x than 9600k?

I am planning to build a PC for myself for the first time to stream and also gaming @ 1080p/1440p 100+ FPS. Here are the components I am considering for my build, any suggestions? CPU: Intel Core i5 9600K GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce Motherboard: MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk LGA1151 RAM: Gskill F4-3000C16D-16GTZR TridentZ RGB Series (2x8GB) PSU: Corsair TX Series TX750M 750W 80+ Gold Semi-Modular CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H150i Storage: WD 1 TB HDD and 240GB SSD Case: Cooler Master Box MB511 Mid Tower

The model which I was referring to has following specs, Processor - Intel Core i5 8300HDisplay - 15.6-inch FHD 144Hz refresh rateRam - 8GB DDR4 2666MHzStorage - 1TB HDD+ 128GB SSDGPU - GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Any suggestions on importing laptop from US to my region (India) because a laptop which costs $1100 in US is around $1600 in my country. So I have a friend who is working in US and he can get it for me but I have to compromise on warranty.

I am planning to build a budget gaming pc, so I am going with i5 9600K and RTX 2060, planning on overclocking the CPU in future. What is the best mother board for this build under $150?

i7 processors in my country are quite expensive, i5 9600k ~ $330 i7 8700k ~$460 i7 9700k ~ $500 What cooler do you suggest for this set up for overclocking?

I am planning to buy a budget gaming laptop which can run triple A games at 60+ fps with 1080p resolution and also for programming. After some research, I found Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 better for my budget (₹77,000 ~ $1100). There are laptops from ASUS, MSI, Dell and HP with similar specs but they are over my budget. Also, I haven't found much reviews on this laptop so I appreciate any suggestions on this laptop.

Hi, I have Benq xl2411z monitor (1080p with 144Hz), i am planning to buy GTX 1070 in couple of months, please suggest if this card is compatible with xl2411z to output 144Hz as this monitor doesn't have Display port. Appreciate your suggestions.
