  1. It doesn't say. It only says Key word is most of the time. I shouldn't have to explain why Google being forced to pay $11million because they stole money is tech news.
  2. This is tech news. There is no rule saying news has to come from an article. The entire reason why I posted it is so they can mention it in the WAN show so others can see if they qualify.
  3. If you READ what I posted. It was from an e-mail directly to me. I'm apart of a class action lawsuit. I will change the e-mail part to a quote
  4. I got an e-mail today that said the following. (I kept out the member and control numbers) _________________________________ ________________ In a nutshell, Google was screwing people by closing people's ad sense accounts and didn't pay them what they were due. I remember when my first account got shut down it was out of no where. After doing some research, I found the out the heads were ordering for random accounts to be shut down and they would pocket any money that they owed. I wanted to fight it, but I couldn't because money. What makes me kinda mad about this is. I might get somewhere around $10, but even if they gave me what I was due. They most likely made a bit of money from the money they stole. So it was still worth it for them to steal money and screw over people by randomly closing accounts. (I remember when I asked why my account was closed and if they can reopen it. A support person told me to make another Google account to make another adsense account. They wouldn't give me a reason why the account got closed.) __________________________________ Craig Bennett II youtube.com/user/TechRHelp
  5. Because how in the pocket everyone is in DC with the ISP. I doubt it would be looked into. Like even a ton of Obama's secret service use to work for or has major connection to Comcast when he was in office. One question I have when looking at these people/companies like Clinton, Comcast, and so on. What is the end game, and when is enough money/power enough? It seems like if you ask any of them, their answer will be more. And the funny thing is I think most would overlook the things they done if they quit trying to take more from the people.
  6. Did you hear about the Apple person that got fired for their kid showing the new iPhone after the conference but before the official release? Oh and did you hear about the camera security bug?
  7. Honestly, I heard of a ton of dead people voting or giving their opinion about something so many times. I honestly can't remember if they covered this or not. In any case, I think it says a lot about who is paid off. And I think it shows the length some of these companies will go to get an extra $. Like it doesn't take a genius to figure out the chances of someone like Comcast making the bot is stupid high. (What could possibly confirm it is if you were able to get a log of who went to the site and matched it with timestamps.)
  8. https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/10/justice-department-demands-five-twitter-users-personal-info-over-an-emoji I figured this would be a funny but sad thing to put on the WAN show. The USA DOJ is trying to get the following twitters personal info for sending a emoji @Popehat, @PogoWasRight, @dawg8u, @abtnatural, and @associatesmind Basically, someone at the FBI got mad because someone said they were the “least busy F.B.I. agent of all time.” The FBI is basically saying the people that sent the was apart of some cyberstalking. It's obviously some SJW FBI agent that is mad that someone hurt their feelings. Actually thinking when people point out your flaws or says you're lazy is going against their safe space. I remember a while back some people coming out of the FBI were joking about those going in it need a safety blanket. Maybe that was more than just a joke.
  9. https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20171030/11255938512/dead-people-mysteriously-support-fccs-attack-net-neutrality.shtml The article basically gets into how some "groups" are using bots to actually tell the FCC they support getting rid of net neutrality. (obviously the network companies that are fighting it to start with) The bot is using a database of real people's names. Some reporter tracked down some of the people that were listed, and some of the people that were alive said they didn't even know what net neutrality is or anything about this. Many of the names on the list are and have been dead. Sadly, the FCC has no interest in investigating this and is even telling people nothing can be done. I figured this will fit on the WAN show.
