  1. I think this is what exactly happened. My motherboard CPU and graphics card all are working fine. Thanks for the help.
  2. I will have to go to work. Will update once I come back
  3. The manual doesn't say anything about the led or I couldn't find it. (Have been trying for last 30 mins)
  4. Motherboard : Asus B360 plus gaming CPU : intel i5 8400 GPU : Galax GTX 1070 Ti RAM : G skill 8 GB 2400 Storage: Kingston 240gb sad, Seagate 1tb HDD PSU : Corsair VS 550
  5. Is there any way to confirm which parts are damaged? Or should I just buy a new motherboard and check the rest of the parts.
  6. The ram is in the correct slot as per the motherboard manual. Is there anyway I can save my motherboard? I put a lot of money in this system. Really scared.
  7. I connected both the pcie connectors and still the led is blinking the same. What have I destroyed?
  8. Please help. My motherboard led light has been linking continuously. This is my first build. Did I do something wrong? I connected the pcie connector to the cpu pin and the cpu one to the graphics card. Are they both dead? Motherboard: Asus TUF B360 plus gaming
  9. Any recommendations for a 27inch monitor?
  10. Sorry, my bad. I want a 27 inch 1080p/60Hz monitor. As for response time, anything around/less than 4ms should be fine. I am getting a GTX 1060 6GB paired with an Intel i5 8400. The rig is mainly for gaming purpose.
  11. I am planning to build a PC. I am confused between these two monitors - Samsung 26.5inch curved monitor with 1800R and BenQ EW277HDR Or if you guys have any other suggestion within the same budget (~340 USD) that will be great. Thanks in advance
  12. Thanks for the help. But by any chance, if possible, can you suggest Indian prices and website?
  13. Sorry I forgot to mention.I need a 240 GB SSD for boot and other stuff as well. And also, if possible, can you suggest Indian sites as prices vary drastically from that of US
  14. Hi guys. This will be first gaming rig. I have some ideas about the parts but I would still need suggestion in order to make the most out of my budget. Also, I know the new Ryzen CPUs and Volta cards are coming out but will still like to get some suggestions so that i can keep an eye for the parts, if they go on sale. 1. Budget & Location: I am from India and my budget is around Rs.1,00,000 (USD 1,540). This isn't a strict budget but I do not want to deviate too much from it. This will include a monitor as well, so please keep that in mind. 2. Aim: This is strictly for gaming purposes. I am not a heavy gamer but I do put in around 1-2 hours daily. I am interested more towards MMORPGs (Black Desert, ESO) but I do play AAA titles as well. I like to play games at high/ultra settings with respectable frame rates that's why I do not want to pair a 1440p monitor with a GTX 1060. 3. Monitors: I am planning to run a single monitor. I would prefer a 1080p setup as it would fit my budget but if I can squeeze in 1440p, nothing like it (but only if the rig can handle it). I have a monitor (LG27MP59G) in mind but it's not fixed. 4. Peripherals: I already have a mouse (Logitech G300 I think, not sure) but would need a keyboard and a mouse pad (and a monitor, of course). I have a question about Windows - I had Windows 7 on my laptop and I upgraded it to Windows 10. I am not using the laptop anymore but can I use the same Windows for desktop? If no, then I would need to buy Windows 10 as well. Also, I would prefer either a NZXT S340 as by case. RGB is not a must but if it is within the budget then fine. Also, a 240GB SSD would be nice to have. I hope I have put all the information needed. Thanks in advance for your help EDIT: Can anyone help me find the parts in an Indian website? Because the price here is hugely inflated as compared to their US counterpart.
  15. I just realised something. The guy has posted the pic of a Zotac GTX 1080TI amp edition (though the description says it's a FE). And that too just the cover and no picture of the actual card. I think I will leave this one. Thanks a lot guys for the suggestion.
