What i think is strange is how people says that the 3570k is still a good gaming cpu if i am having this bad performance. Linus recently made a video that compared 3570, 2600k, 7700k and ryzen cpus and on some games 3570k was ahead of ryzen. So besides the RAM i don't know another thing that could be wrong with my system. Look at the performance on forza 7, unplayable and this happens with a lot of games. I know how to take care of windows and not fill my pc with crap software, so is hardly a software problem.

I had a z series board, but back then OC was not needed, and when i moved to itx i decided to use a h77 since it was cheaper and i was thinking that i would never need to overclock.

A single 8gb 1333mhz. The plan is to use 2x4gb 2133mhz since my motherboard supports 2200mhz ram.

My motherboard supports 2200 mhz ram, is a p8h77i.

The main problem is that some years ago i thought i would never need to overclock, so i when i changed my atx built to a mini itx, i replaced a z77 board with a h77. And an used z77 board here where i live is expensive, i don't know why.

Hi guys. i have a 3570k running on stock and a gtx 1070. Lately i notice that a lot of recent games runs very bad, stuttering even on low settings, like forza horizon 3, forza 7 demo, dishonored 2 a some others. I posted on reddit and ras this benchmark as asked, http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/5091581 it was pointed out that my 1333 ram is not optimal, because is slow and is not running in dual channel, is a single 8gb stick. I want to believe that moving to a dual 4gb 2133mhz kit will solve most of my problems but i'm still skeptical because all the tests i see comparing memory speeds or dual vs single channel, show little to no performance improvement, i don't want to waste money and have the same performance. Also a lot of the tests i saw was very old or was not done properly, and not with current games. Just a taste what my performance looks like: So what do you guys think about this? Should i try changing RAM or just live with this system because i can't really spend money on a full system upgrade now.

I saw this AIO in some websites, and it is cheaper than any corsair cooler. Does it worth buying? There is not a single review of it on the web.
