If you're laughing at that title, well, you're not alone. Talking to friends RL, members of the PC master race who told me that If I wanted a computer to play games I'd do better with a desktop computer. But I'm going to college next year, so I'll need a laptop to take to classes. I make minimum wage. There is no way I am getting a desktop computer, So what I really need is a device that is good for playing PC games, and portable. I found a pretty good candidate here:
[Amazon.com] ASUS K501UW-AB78 15.6-inch Full-HD Gaming Laptop (Intel Core i7, GTX 960M, 8GB DDR4, 512GB SSD) Glacier Grey
It's got good reviews, has an Intel i7 processor, Nvidia graphics, 8 GB DDR4, backlit keyboard, looks pretty decent, all for only $860? The only hangup that it has on me is that it has a touchscreen, something that I've gotten accustomed to and fallen in love with on my crappy little Lenovo Yoga.
So this is where I need some help. Is there a decent gaming laptop with a graphics card, touchscreen, maybe looks pretty good? Should I just suck it up and get a non-touchscreen laptop?
