TanmayHembram reacted to Droidbot in Query for SSD life span ?
it decreases, but SSDs last for so long anyway.
Your 950 is rated for more than 150 years of sequential use.
It's saying that SSDs losing power after a couple days if left unpowered is false. Don't worry.

TanmayHembram reacted to HKZeroFive in Info for new Upcoming hbm2 gpu ?
Rumours, rumours, rumours. Just because some dodgy source said that the next Titan won't have HBM2, don't take it as fact. The thing is we don't know.
Again, we don't know. Wait until both release.
AMD has FreeSync (which is their equivalent of G-Sync). AFAIK, they have nothing like Ansel so far.

TanmayHembram reacted to Mazeman03 in Bitfenix or corsair led fans
i have a bitfenix green LED fan and its good its quite and has a good "glow"

TanmayHembram reacted to Pandora in Bitfenix or corsair led fans
the bitfenix spectre pro fans are actuly really decent. i never sugest the corsair fans. they are loud and their air flow is very meh.
the bitfenix fan also has a much better glow.

Spectre Pros should be better.

TanmayHembram reacted to gsheph252 in Bitfenix or corsair led fans
It depends, I have 2 BitFenix LED fans right now I could take a picture of. But you should choose fans based on a couple of different factors other then looks. SP or Static pressure for pushing or pulling air through obstacles such as drive bay cages or restrictive case designs. Air flow fans are great in unrestricted/unfiltered set ups. The difference is that SP fans push air out of the sides of the fan at a much higher pressure then air flow fans making it perfect for penetrating obstructive drive bays.Air flows provide a stable more narrow path of air and can push air much farther and faster in the right setup. As far as looks I prefer the Corsair Air Series LED fans over BitFenix.

TanmayHembram reacted to GodSpoon in Cooling capacity of triple Radiator Liquid cooler ?
It can cool like anything you would need, depending on what fans are used as well as the pump
And an AIO is an All In One cooler, so the pump, reservoir and rad are all included in one simple package

TanmayHembram reacted to DXMember in joining storage in nvme without RAID
if you have two M.2 PCI-E slots, then yes you can do that.
One such motherboard is Gigabyte Gaming 7
Also Samsung is soon to release 950Pro with 1TB capacity - soon as in the following month, or at least they promissed to do that

TanmayHembram reacted to Godlygamer23 in joining storage in nvme without RAID
RAID 0 does not destroy disks. The issue is that when you're using RAID 0, data is written to both drives so if the one drive fails, the data is now corrupted. The drives DO NOT get destroyed.

TanmayHembram reacted to Master Disaster in joining storage in nvme without RAID
GodlyGamer is correct, RAID 0 is perfectly safe.
What's your board though as Z97 & X99 boards have issues booting from raided nvme arrays.
