  1. Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be a 180, since a 360 would mean they're facing the same direction? EDIT: I realise what is meant, ty to those who replied
  2. ChatGPT doesnt get everything right, some of the code it generates is flawed. So I understand it getting banned.
  3. This looks purely focused at Enterprise and Datacentre applications, but I'd welcome this in the commercial consumer sector if the performance was amazing and could reduce my overall computer size down to that of a mini PC but still have the same leve of performance as a high end gaming PC
  4. I recently moved to Plex and i've found the interface and overall experience pretty great, metadata is generally more accurate and it looks a lot better over other services like Emby or Jellyfin.
  5. I hope so, original Tomb Raider is just awesome. Would be cool to have new style graphics with modern controls but same style of gameplay as the originals.
  6. Wait wait... so will this be based on the old Tomb Raider games or the current new style that Square Enix published?
  7. Bad port incoming, highly suspicious of those requirements, considering Cyberpunk which is a massive open world with Ray Traced Reflections etc requires only 12GBs of RAM for recommended settings.
  8. While that is true, the uptake on anything Ray Traced is still super slow and i've looked at the performance differences and in reality AMD isn't that far behind. I bet the new AMD cards will be a massive improvement.
  9. I've said it before and i'll say it again, when my 3080 starts to become noticably bad for games in the future i'll either be making the jump to Intel or AMD for my next card. Ain't no way i'm supporting Nvidia and their anti-consumer antics
  10. This is good to know, guess I'll have to hold off on setting it up then
  11. Hi LTT forums. I have a short and hopefully simple question as I am a total noob when it comes to RAID, I am getting the above NAS box tomorrow with 1x drive (now) and another drive in a few weeks (due to shortages). What my question is, will I safely be able to store data on this drive with the intention of setting up a RAID configuration in a few weeks from now? I'd rather not spend a large amount of my time transferring a big chunk of data (2TB+) over to only have it wiped out by migrating to RAID later on. I've googled my question but I am probably not using the correct terminology to find the right answer. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
  12. I welcome ARM as the future, instructions sets for ARM are much cleaner and as a result tend to be more efficient. The AetherSX2 emulator on Android is already better at emulating PS2 then PCSX2 is on PC and its been around for less time. We need ARM, smaller, more energy efficient, can be very powerful (Apple has proven that), easily go toe to toe against the likes of AMD and Intel. Qualcomms new Snapdragon chips are very impressive, my phone has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 inside and I have been blown away by what my phone is capable of doing.
  13. I just got my Steam Deck about an hour ago now and so far I love it. Fan is not loud at all, least not to me (everyone is different). My ears are quite sensitive to noise so i'd say the noise of the fan is very acceptable, the speakers are decently loud so I can hear the game over the fan easily. Just waiting for my 512GB SD card to arrive so I can put all my emulators on it
  14. Nah I agree with Google in this regard, if the phone does not meet the requirements it shouldn't be running the OS. When I worked retail the amount of people that would complain that their phone was slow or unresponsive (Usually Android Go) was because the phone was so under powered.
  15. I can't see myself upgrade anytime soon, i've got the 5800X and its amazing. Does everything I could want it to do and doesn't even break a sweat doing it. Intel 12th gen is powerful but so so power hungry, makes me worried what 13th gen will be like.
  16. A lot of farmers in the UK have been doing this for years now as they've been sick of the terrible service BT would provide them. B4RN is a good example: https://b4rn.org.uk/
  17. If this turns out to be the case I don't think i'll be purchasing computer graphics cards in the future, or if I do only the ones that draw either the same wattage as my current GPU or less. 700Ws would nearly be my PSUs full power output on just the GPU.
