  3. A good read for the BF1 Community. BF1 PC Graphics Benchmark reviews
  4. ASUS HAS released the rev 3.0 Sabertooth, have had one for almost a month.
  5. Not true. Benchmarked the crap outta my 1100T@4.0Ghz and my 8350@4.5Ghz,I can tell you there is no difference in them,In fact I now wish I would have kept the 1100T.I benchmarked Single GPU and Crossfired(7950's and 7970's).With 8 g's of ram and 16G's of ram.Played some games etc.
  6. Rocketfish is a crap brand, they were sold only as a "house" brand for best buy and The old Future shop in Canada,And I see Amazon. Not many reviews out there, however I found an interesting one from hardware secrets from 2008 rocketfish 700W PSU review. Use it as a doorstop, they are great for that.
  7. Crossfire ,as many as the mobo holds,Never had an issue with Crossfire.
  8. See If this guy can help you out! https://tk-pc-mods.myshopify.com/ He's in Calgary
  9. Here's why it depends on the game: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/gears-of-war-4-pc-vga-graphics-performance-benchmark-review,1.html quote" "The last graphics card is the Mc Daddy that is bound to show CPU bottlenecks due to it's massive horsepower, the Nvidia GeForce Titan X (Pascal) is way ahead of its time and priced 1300 USD alone. Up-to 2560x1440 you are fine. But sure at 1080P we finally run into CPU overhead. Honestly that is expected. Overall we can conclude though that up-to say a Radeon Fury X or GeForce GTX 1080 an AMD FX 8370 now is sufficient enough to run the game. " I currently run a FX8350 @4.5Ghz,I would say I'm pretty much at the limit with Crossfired 7970's(R9280X),I ran the same GPU's with a Phenom II 1100T@4.0Ghz with the same results. so In your case I would stick with a single RX480. I have also been running crossfire in every series since the 3870's and have had 0 issues.
  10. Since you didn't mention it,You have tried a different bridge?
  11. They are Fine, have had pretty much 0 issues with AMD drivers ,ever. They are a lot more regular now, maybe even to regular I have read on some of the other forums out there that some people are saying Nvidia's drivers are becoming quite bad lately.
  12. Don't play the game, but came across a pretty good benchmark review. GOW 4 graphics performance benchmark review
  13. The FX9XXX series are tough on VRM's,Not the 8XXX's.And considering how cheap the AMD boards are, I wouldn't use less than a 990FX board for OC'ing.
  14. These are the only ones I know of atm: http://mnpctech.com/gpu-support-bracket/
  15. Have used them on the AMD side and they are rock solid! The colors did take some getting used to,but the new 990FX Rev 3.0 is nice looking. TUF SABERTOOTH 990FX R3.0 As for Mothorboard prices,I personally find $250 Not bad, spending that or more is a non issue for the quality/features You get. A Mobo is just a Mobo couldn't be further from the truth..
  16. Agreed, Read a couple reviews on it,It's made by HEC,some other venders used it as well,"aerocool" being one of them.
  17. Exactly,I tell people to spend anywhere from 10-15% of there total build price just on a good Quality name brand PSU.You see on a lot of forums people with issues or high end components running cheap ass or bare requirements PSU's that are causing issues.
  18. Not 100% sure, but I remember reading that the Home version is very restrictive as to what you can do,so Pro would be the only one to use.
  19. For $6 more, far better quality of parts. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/HxVckT and the Ti isn't out yet afaik.
  20. Maybe -23c,here(Edmonton,AB) we can get down to -35c easily, just hasn't happened in awhile.
