    move the GPU to the next available PCI-e X16 slot.
    also, be sure you are selecting the correct video input on the monitor itself!

    Was an AMD user at the time.
     
    I enjoyed the part where the game didn't even run above 10fps.
     
    From an actual walkthrough perspective, it was quite enjoyable -- especially the sidequests that could be described as 'silly' at best.

    From what I understand, you are unable to use your 3TB HDD? if so start Disk Management and format the 3TB for NTFS.

    Very, very strange. I've ran into my own skew of problems after overlocking my 1100t. One of which being I can no longer use 'sleep mode' on my PC, or i'll suffer strange CPU hangs and spikes (and massive frame drops ) 
     
    I wish you the best of luck finding out what's wrong.

    g-sync is most useful when below the framerate of 60 (more around 30'ish FPS).
     
    Edit: when it comes to overclocking 'Koren monitors' I recommend the DP2710LED (1440p, IPS). Currently have mine at 100hz (EVGA FTW+ 970).

    Leave it at the "Error Configuring Updates: Rolling Back Changes" screen till Windows starts (Can take up to 10 hours)
     
    once it does, go to \Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update\View update history\
     
    Take note of all failed updates and disable downloading/installing them in the Windows Update manager.
     
    (and if you're an evil person, disable Windows Updates and Windows Defender.)

    I used a Logitech K310 for the longest time, and found no problems.
     
    I still enjoy using it randomly -- even after owning 5+ mechs
