i'm try to convert the Ergotron LX Dual side-by-side to dual stacking. I got the clamp and pole for the stacking, but not the collars that sit under the arms on the pole; so the arms shift up and down the pole. I need some sort of clamp that'll support under the arms on the pole...up to 25lbs. it's for gaming. it just seemed that one major limiting factor was the memory bandwidth and not so much the cores, which it seems they have a different amount, so in the end it seems that i wouldn't be able to to combine the overall GPU processing power between the cards then. I feel ATI/AMD seemed to allow a better combining back in the day (or still does? haven't been keeping track), and i surprised Nvidia doesn't; but that doesn't make Nvidia money then it seems. Any ways thanks, look like i need to start another fund for another Titan X...which by the time i get the funds up again Pascal-based cards will be out then.

I have a titan x hybrid and was looking at adding another card to SLI. If i read the guide right that is on the forum i would only be able to SLI with either 980TI or another Titan X due to the memory bit, which is 384, and still have the Titan X's 12GB since the 6GB on the 980TI won't be used or combined. Just making sure i read everything right, it's a pretty comprehensive guide.
