It is defective it is not beneficial to be homosexual to our species and even if our population is grand, that does not rid homosexuality from not being useless trait. I can't think of any possible benefits to homosexually to mankind. Only negatives as such a tragedy was to fall on mankind that our numbers are severely numbered.

While I do not care about gays, I do think people should realize that gay people are mentally defective people or mutants scientifically speaking. Human DNA has always evolved for survival, mating is extremely important for the human race to survive. Which is why we adapted feeling pleasure when having intercourse to enforce our desire to breed. The emotion of love also is an adaptation that encourages to breed and produce offspring. Loves' other function is an adaptation for humans to keep the same partner to prevent humans from spreading STD's. Love also increases survival rate by having a willing partner aid in survival by helping each others needs like the gathering of resources(like the pre historic people gathering of food or like today, both partners gathering income to continue their survival). Gay sex preference is when human chromosomes intermix to receive the wrong chromosome instead of the intended desire for the opposite sex.. This is mutation. While mutations can lead to beneficial adaptations to organisms. This certain mutation is not a good one, as this does not accomplish the survival of the species. Two men or two women cannot create life therefore humankind cannot continue, while gay people may feel love for each other its just their natural desire for survival as I mentioned.There desire for survival and life is pointless from a survival point of view.
 
Also someone mentioned animals have gay sex too, which may lead for people to conclude that homosexually is normal. You have to realize animals are stupid creatures and in desperate attempt to breed and pass genes, they just might try breed with anything or with anysex and not actually be homo. When a dog attempts breeding with a cat, it does not think of loving the cat, it only thinks of passing its genetics, but is too stupid to know that the cat simply wont produce offspring because they are both different species.
 
Your response might include some animals producing offspring from same sex. Yes this is an adaption that the certain species has evolved too. However it does not mean human homosexually is natural just because of another species that have this ability. Homosexually is not beneficially at all to mankind as it is to that certain species since we humans do not have that ability to produce offspring so leading homosexually to be .
