I have a R9 390 and i have a 1080p 50 in led tv. i play on 1080p or upscale to 1440p so my question is what is the best OC setting in afterburner for this card to have a steady 60 fps without melting my PC? i have 16 GB ram 1866mhz and a 4.3ghz cpu.

so this is what i have. im wondering if i should upgrade my processor or is it fine the way it is? if i do im going to get the fx-8320 not any intel product. and i will put that on a MSI 970 GAMING ATX AMD Motherboard. so based on all that should i upgrade or no? i put a pic in the post so you can see what i have atm

so i want to get a new card ONLY FOR 1080p 60 FPS..... but i dont know what is better for my money. My limit is 550$. So my choices are the 390 8gb for about 350$ or the nano for about 489$. all i want is a solid 60 fps in 1080p. i do not care about anything above 60fps or 4k. i use my 60inch vizio tv as a monitor so i cant go higher then that anyway. so what do you think is best for that? the card i have atm is a amd 7850 2gb.
