  1. Accent Inns I think from looking at the map
  2. I ended up going for a hotel pretty much in the backyard of the airport. Will need to walk a few blocks, or take the bus, to get to the skytrain, but that's fine. It was like 1k for 4 nights. Not a fantastic price, but means I don't have to both go to the Americas alone for the first time and deal with sketchy motel or AirBnB that could dump me.
  3. Oof.. Are there no repercussions for them? Not signed up yet so i'm hoping there's at least a chat so I can see if they care before booking.. I've been looking at Coquitlam, am fine with the hour transit, but did see quite a bit in RBC too, so I'll have a look there again (especially since you say it's safe and walkable (I wonder if that's connected /j)) Honestly, 2k dkk extra (US$250) could be worth it if it means less chance of getting dumped last second
  4. Gonna jump on this thread too Joining from Denmark, on the thursday before, and leaving the monday after to get back to work Wednesday - It's gonna be a sleep deprived nightmare, but hopefully a fun one! I've been looking for a place to stay on the cheap, and do need something for myself as much as possible. But waow hotels are expensive, even outside of Downtown. There was some alrightish "hotel", but saw that it's in the area @Livin thread was about, so, thank you for the warning Has anyone like a listicle or better for red flags for AirBnB's? Never used anything like it before.
  5. Woups, forgot I made this post x) Thank ya for the other travel resource I have also thought about doing multiple smaller jumps yea, but last time i tried to vaca in Israel it wasn't cheaper. Need to look into it again tho!
  6. I'm going to LTX alone and looking at plane tickets from Denmark to Vancouver. For fun i added another person, and waow... it only costs like 15-20% more!! As someone who doesn't have anyone to travel with this is quite annoying to know. I get that there's tasks that take about the same amount of time if there's one or a few more, like payment and some of the airport stuff - depending on the type of traveler oc, ie. using one suitcase for 2 people. But like, eh? That much difference? I don't believe it. I'm wondering how that pricing works, but also if it'd be worth it to find another person going to ltx, to split the bill/go with. I know of like 0 friends that are going, even among internet friends Edit: i'm dumb. For reference i'm using skyscanner without any kind of proxy or vpn and from my home computer, since I have found it doesn't make a difference for that website afaik.
  7. Okay, so, I was in a stream just now. We'd been talking about pc hardware and saying lol at there being a 6900xt and soon probs a 6900X. So here's the lol we came up with for a pc build: 6900X 6900XT 690W psu (I think I remember seeing some years ago) 64+2+2+1GB ram (and at 6.9Gts if feasible with DDR5?) 69% keyboard (70% with one key removed) CPU & GPU at 69C (gonna be hard lol) 69'' oc to 69Mhz (afaik some 70'' are technically 69'' of display) Game locked at 69fps Fans at 69% (Will be hard with the cpu temp) 69GB drive Are there anymore things that could be set to 69, maybe a case? There must be, right?
  8. I got a B550 AORUS PRO V2 motherboard cuz I can't have enough usbs, but I fear that, Gigabyte being Gigabyte, didn't spend too much r.n.d. on making sure it works with a lot of usb devices connected. What'll happen after a long day of gaming and/or video editing is that at some point during the evening all my usb devices shut off and come back in the span of a few seconds. It's only happened once per night so far, and far from every night. I've had the same loadout on other motherboards, and that worked fine. That's why I worry it might be one or more of the controllers on this board either overheating or unable to sustain the constant power draw/data transfer. On a tangential note I use VoiceMeeter, and that makes the sound robot sometimes, a restart of it fixes it. If I'd hedge to bet the USB restart and VoiceMeeter "crash" are cuz of the same fault in the system since I only use USB audio devices. I'm not about to contract Gigabyte support if I can avoid it, the rma data attack and all that, ya know. So would there be any way for me to either diagnose or track what happens with the USB devices on maybe a kernel level? I'm okay with going deep, just don't know how. I've used WinDbg and some of the Sysinternals toos before. Attached is a HWiNFO report with some info omitted, lemme know if something is missing. My BIOS is on the latest version (14e), and Windows (Education edition) is updated (20H2 - 19042.1288). Any pointers or guidance would be greatly appreciated
  9. Oh that may be worth a shot! It is an old keyboard! TYVM! Okay nice, good to hear! Linears, since the sound is less ear piercing, from what I can tell. Feel matters little to me, I'll adapt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ YES! That looks perfect!! Those, a good lubing and a pad on the bottom, may be cheaper (and faster perhaps, depends on how annoying switches are to assemble)! So, like, these: https://uniqey.net/en/accessories/18/qmx-clips-plate-mount-110-pcs.? I'm in the EU
  10. o/ So I got a mentally ill sis that can't take the sound of my new, second hand keyboard. It's the Corsair k95 rgb (the original one, not the platinum with less keys), bought for the reason that it has 18 dedicated macros (and that it was cheap oc), Cherry brown. I'm ready to re-solder new ones on. So here's my questions: How do I know if they pins line up to the pcb? And what keys are more quite than the ones I already got, and will match the holes in the pcb?

Personly; I think that this is really cool, as long as it's only used for image cropping
