Just be careful. If you are using the 6600k again you need to buy a z170, the 270's are for the 7th gen. Also right now nvidia has limited their SLI configs to 2 gpus, which is honestly probably enough if you are running gtx 1080's -

Maybe look at one of the DIY boards on Massdrop, not cheap by any means but if he really wants it you can build it -
At this point in time sony's biggest disadvantage is their auto foucus which cannon has nailed down hard, however HOLY SHIT THOSE SENSORS that sony has, or as edzel put it "dat sensor tho". Nikon is middle of the road, pretty damn good quality okay focus and their best part is the price, on the cheaper side of things.

How would you compare the 2 cameras? Right now im kinda leaning towards the sony.

I would like some decent low light preformance out of it however that doesnt have to be amazing. I would also like to stay below 550 if possible

Go into the bios and ensure that the boot device is set to your HDD. If it doesnt show up... it probably is broken

Are all cables plugged in correctly? Double check all of them. Dont forget the 8 Pin CPU because it sounds similar to what i had once -
So im looking around for a new compact camera, the reason that i want one of these is i have a d5100 but i cant nearly bring that around as much as i would like. I have been looking into the canon G7x because of its AMAZING low light performance, does anybody have any other suggestions?

They run pretty damn well, i have had mine for about 3 years now and its running pretty strong
