    Quick charging for a less amount of time would limit risk. Lets say 30 minutes till 60% then an hour for 100%.

    Not sure your PLL but, http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=189 (ClockGen) will allow you on some systems to overclock a CPU.

    You can't use an OEM license from a laptop on a custom built pc. Unless you bring a part from it, usually the motherboard but it could be the HDD, RAM or something else.

    Assuming you have DDR2 memory and and AM2 processor, then yes you're good.

    You can, its built-in, but i have friends that has had huge problems with it, like crashes and bsod after reverts 
    Instead i would create a backup of your OS partition so that you can just overwrite it if you feel like it
    If this is not an option, then i would install win 10 on a virtual machine to test it out for a while
     
    Edit: just to clarify, i recommend that you either backup win7, or reset your computer if you want to switch back
